so as i read penis should be treated like a balloon and not a rop then why are we doing length and girth separate ? why cant we incorporate both of them at the same time ? like 30 mins in morning and evening manual ?
anyway the length work is on throughout the day in ace wrap or devices like sg or pf. and from what i can understand that our balloon (penis) can be expanded the most in a a pump.
So wont pumping twice in a day for 15 mins EACH SESSION of morning and evening give better and quicker results ?

I've tried this more is better approach. Your dick just end up losing erection quality and THAT itself hurts your girth gains like crazy in the long run. If you can do that and still get good erection quality then have at it!

I always did double and sometimes more. The I learned about PE I did it constantly and when the gains came I went extra mental! To me, the more the better but this is not true for all.

So that’s what I mean by doing only 30 min sessions
Which include 15 min length and girth each ...this way there is not much exertion too and it’s beinf trained twice in a pump

Plus I don’t always go full erect in a pump is that ok ? I’m fixing my bend and I don’t know why I see more changes when I correct my bend in a pump when I do it flaccid or semi erect ....or is it just that I’m assuming ?

DLD u just said u saw extra gains from doing extra and also on the other hand ur saying more is not good also . Please explain

I also believe that there's 'growth' during the 'repair' stage, I've noticed I respond better when there's been enough 'rest time'. When I first started PE, I'd go two or three sessions per day...now I do about 4 per week

Some can take more than others but for the most part, the more work put in the faster the results. I put in a massive effort and made massive gains. But, there are, on occasion, men who gain better doing less. This is rare but is reported sometimes.

I believe the key for me is always trying to up the intensity level from the previous session

I needs to be constantly progressive in intensity and when a single exercise can no longer be intensified a new, more powerful exercise or tool will need to be added. Tap out all gains before progressing to new exercises or tools, but once a plateau is hit, plan to change things up token it moving.

well strictly speaking on the perspective of gains, I would do both pulling and expanding because pulling will target more expansion VERTICALLY and also bring out inner penis. stuff like pumping and other girth work is good all-around expansion, but doing just that and ur leaving out extra gains from length work.

and i agree with DLD and BSA about changing something in the routine when it is time like intensity, or improving an exercise or adding a new more powerful exercise, or even routine strategy or science.

Yup, a constant, safe but progressive increase in intensity will keep gains moving. We can become very used to any given exercise of tool and remain at the same level, never pushing ourselves and this will lead to a very slow to no gain scenario. Be honest with yourself and how much you can take, if their is safe room to go harder then do so!
