A warm-up can be as quick as 3 minutes in a warm wash cloth. You can also just shower or bath and that will be fine too.

ok good. the only warm up i ever do is a shower. i thought they were supposed to be longer though. i heard 15 minutes in the wash cloth, that's why i never bothered
 
There was a recent thread on ThundersPlace (those rat bastards) something like 'moist heat is secret ingredient'. and I think heat is very important. Three things make me think that:

1) A man by the name of 17ml who regularly took very long hot baths several times a day with Penis Enlargement made insane gains. I mean insane. Guy practically lived in the bathtub. At least an inch each in both length and girth in a very short time with the photos to prove it. I think heating throughout sessions and throughout the day can only help.

2) The rat tail study where they found that rat tails when heated and stretched increased in size whereas stretching without heat did not. There was also a discussion about keeping the penis in a stretched state while you 'cooled down', either during and after warm down or cool down.

3) A thread I read here in the Alternative Penis Enlargement section (brilliant and fascinated section. I still think there is much to be said and discovered in the world of Penis Enlargement) that talked about repeatedly exposing the penis to high heat and then cold temperatures. This is really interesting to me.

I wonder about the merit of cool-downs. Much has been said about it and there are proponents on both sides. I wish there were a more organized study of all us Penis Enlargement-ers about that along with many other studies and statistics we could produce with the mass of our information.

I've recently begun re-heating throughout my Penis Enlargement sessions, probably once every 3-5 minutes. Constant heat in the shower or by IR Lamp would obviously be better in my opinion. I fill a cylindrical skinny glass with hot water and dip my penis into it. It usually spills over onto the carpet but its only water. And obviously, because of my belief that heat is extremely important, I think the Bathmate is just incredible and brings Penis Enlargement to another level. I don't have one yet, but damn do I want one, and plan onto purchasing one in the near future.

I find that the more heat I use, the less likely I am to have red dots. The dots don't bother me and I think a small amount can actually be a good sign. Too much of anything is a bad thing but just enough red dots I think shows that you are not undertraining and shows you are pushing it well. Sort of like bodybuilders at the end of a set, going for that last hard extra long push. Some say that's the one that makes the biggest difference.

if i lived alone, i'd definitely do more of a warm up. i just don't have the time or privacy to be able to do all that. i will start trying to do more of one though before i clamp

Just be sure to stretch stuff out lightly first, this will be a sufficient warm up.
