I have seen a few posts that say this especially in reguards to clamping and other extreme girth exercises. The theory is that something that is thicker is harder to stretch. Does anyone have an informed oppinion on this as I am debating wether to hold back with my girth training.

No mate, don't stop girth exercises unless you've gotten to where you wanted girthwise.
It's been professed on here that clamping may hinder gains somewhat but unprooven as of yet so... keep girth exes up and stretch the hell out'a that sucka...

Peace

Naw dude, they will call you "swordfish" if you keep on Penis Enlargementing mate...

I think the "less girth equals more stretch" theory is a load of bull. I mean, the weight should stretch out ALL the volume of the penis evenly, whether it's 10 cubic inches or 20. So I say keep working girth just as hard as you normally would. Plus, by the time you reach your length goal you won't say "oh man, I need to spend another year to catch my girth up!"

I been thinking bout this the past couple days. After my jelqing sessions I notice that I lose some length, my jawn looks shorter.

This is one of the oldest and still unsolved mysteries in Penis Enlargement. It is always very interesting to bring this question back to the surface every know and then, someday we know the answer.

i think the supra slammers have been helping with my length gains. especialy when i do tunica work.they have made my girth out of this world not to mention the erections.

As the penis gets thicker it becomes longer, as the penis become longer it becomes thicker...it really has no choice.

I'm going to disagree with DLD on this, as I've been focused primarily on length for a significant period of time now and I've lost a significant portion of girth during this time period. It's mainly because I've grown almost another inch in FSL that this has happened. Regardless of what anyone wants to hypothesize the penis does NOT have to grow both in length and girth. In fact the tissue will most efficiently go in ONE direction at a time. Think of taking a balloon and stretching it length wise while also attempting to make it wider, what happens? The balloon will usually tear because there's too much tension on the material. Now with the penis it's not exact, but with lateral tunica expansion there is actually very LITTLE vertical expansion or stretch. This is mainly because the tension is being directed onto the most lateral portions of the tunica walls, which is where we want it to go. This is not to say that there will be NO length increase, but it is extremely small and the best efforts would be spent on length in the flaccid state.

Ultimately choosing one goal over the other is necessary in concerns for time as well as for the healing capacity of the penis. It's not to say that supplementing with length work if you're working on girth won't add some length, but it will be much slower going. It is the same for length as girth will take on a "back seat" of sorts but can be worked in as supplementary say 2-3 days out of the week. BIB always held to the central concept of reaching your goals in one area, and the reaching for the other goal once the first was complete. Working to add length and girth forces the penis to heal in TWO different areas, which can lead to a thickening of the tunica and surrounding soft tissues because of the bodies injury response in these tissue types. The end game of this method would be spending more TOTAL time practicing Penis Enlargement and not reaching the goals you have set.

From personal experience I have attempted to work length and girth for the majority of my Penis Enlargement career and I did make some gains, but I can say most clearly that my fastest gains have come since I've focused on one area for an extended period of time. I've added some girth recently since I've gone to a moderate jelqing routine 2-3 days a week for no more than 400 reps per session. It's a matter of staying focused on your goals and continuing to work for them. I honestly should have stopped Penis Enlargement when I was plateaued for 2 years, but I'm too stubborn, and I've learned a lot going through the process and these are my findings.

I must say for whatever reason, this has been my experience as well.

I agree in ways on that. I usually gained in increments on both but I see well that when I just did my length it was blowin up.

by the way, on another note Hot Pocket soft Subs is the shit!

So in saying this should there be a focus say on girth for a period of time and then a focus on length. The reason that I am asking is because I was thinking if I am working on length and I gain a inch in length will I lose girth or will my girth stay the same. I really would not mind if my girth stayed the same at all I would be very worried if there was any loss it would all just become counter productive working on length and losing girth and then working on the girth and losing the the length that has just been gained. After typing this I have realised that I do not want that to happen so I am going to just keep following my routine and see how it goes the ideal would be to gain an even amount at the same if only it was that simple though.

Here's my experience for what it's worth. The jelqing and stretching for the first five or six months seemed to benefit length and girth equally. Since then, I have concentrated on stretching and my girth has continued to grow, especially flaccid-wise. Length-wise, I have made little progress to speak of. I have always felt that the penis, like one of those long balloons, which grows in girth as you squeeze the air out of part of it. If there is a limited amount of blood supply, wouldn't the penis work the same way?

Here's why I believe this based on my experience. When I awake with a maximum woody, somewhere in the not quite 9" by 7" category, and its slowly subsiding, lying supine, I can edge it to 10" to 12" in length, but certainly not the 7" in girth--probably less than 6".

Is this not like one of those long balloons, that when you squeeze it at one end, you can increase its girth and visa versa?

Eh? what is this theory you speak of ?:( how would clamping hinder gains?

What I found odd is I just achieved an erection after stretching only the past 2-3 days and it is a good 1/2" shorter. Odd?

How in the hell can you edge your penis to gain a few inches instantly?
