Hey everybody/DLD:

As I stated before, I have company at my house, which is now going to be around for a while. I had been doing the Heavy Duty Static Stretcher for length and jelqing for girth and have definitely made some girth gains. There was no real ligament fatigue, even at 5 pounds for 5 hours a day! Privacy is now nada, at least in relation to using the HDSS.

I have a Power Assist and want to use it for length gains. DLD, you answered a previous post of mine: you said that I should try all of the exercises, pick which ones I like, and go from there.

My new routine, until the company leaves, is going to be a combo of the newbie routine with the Power Assist and the Static Stretcher Medium thrown in.

Lubed Jelq (30-50% erect): 30 minutes a day; 45 minutes on weekends
Medium Static Stretcher: 5 hours a day
Power Assist: 30 minutes a day: 5 Minute stretch then 30 second rest

To save time, DLD and others (please answer each question individually):
1. Isn't the A Stretch the most powerful stretch for BPenis EnlargementL gains? And if so, is it enough to get great BPenis EnlargementL doing JUST the two handed PA A-Stretch?

2. If not, what other stretches should I be doing?

3. How does the routine look? Any comments, suggestions or feedback is appreciated.

4. Advice on making my skin more comfortable and help with gripping with using the PA.

Apologies to everyone who advised me on the Static Stretcher Heavy Duty who might feel like they wasted their time helping me. I promise to use the advice (when I finally got the hang of it, AMAZING product) when my company leaves.

It depends. Some believe it to be the best, other prefer something else. I think it has a lot to do with wrist size and penis size. The longer the penis the better the A-Stretch. Wrist size really does not matter if you are using a Power Assist.

I think you Power Assist workouts will be sufficient but remember that the A-Stretch can be done using the PA so give it a shot.

It seems like a killer workout. Plenty of time spent wisely.

Practice and wrapping technique is where it's at. Spend some time trying different methods. There are infinite positions and you will need to find one that fits your penis.

DLD,

Thanks for the responses! What I'm asking is this: I would like to just do one stretch for 30 minutes. WITH THE POWER ASSIST. Can I JUST do the double handed A Stretch with the Power Assist and make BPenis EnlargementL gains, or do I have to do the manual helicopter and other directional ones, which I would do with my hand?

That is an intense stretch and 30 minutes worth will be an awesome length routine.

Of course I'm new to this, so maybe I'm wrong, but here goes;

I dont think that doing one exercise for 30 min is better than doing some more exercises, because you want to stretch all the ligs, both in the right area, left area, top area and so on. you need to tear as much as you can to get the perfect stretch.

Correct me if im wrong :)

Grandejoe,

I don't necessarily disagree with you. HOWEVER:

1. I don't have a ton of time

2. I don't trust my hands alone (without a fulcrum or device) to be able to exhaust my ligaments long term because I can never know just how much weight I am using and, unfortunately, my arms get tired and my hands are weak.

3. The reason that I chose the A Stretch as the sole stretch to use is simple: it mimics as much as possible a between the cheeks hanging, which targets the suspensatory ligaments, which are what I need to exhaust. As with the Static Stretchers, the Bib Hanger or any other proven lengthening device, you don't have to go in all directions stretching-wise to get a length increase.

DLD, any thoughts on this exchange between Grandejoe and myself?

As long as the stretch you are using covers multi-angles and the intensity is solid you will make ultimate gains. Now, I agree that using a fulcrum is the smartest way to add intensity when the hands are not strong enough and this is why I highly recommend the Power Assist.

I don't use a power assist, but the A stretch has always given me maximum temporary gains to this very day. I can't think of a half hour better spent than doing the A stretch.

DOES the DOUBLE A-STRETCH (with POWER ASSIST) "cover multi-angles" and has "max intensity"?

You are correct. Be sure to manually address these angles when you are stretching.
