Interesting bump.

I want to bump this formula:
Ejaculation volume formula shake

Zinc alone is a decent supplement but one must be aware of overdosing; copper for balancing the zinc! (Ring of Power, whatever people might think does it work or not, is Zinc and Copper for a reason.)

Swedish Flower Pollen was mentioned on the first page; it is a terrific product if you can get good quality stuff!
With all supplements research is to be made about the manufacturer.
Pollen products are susceptible to seasonal changes. What one can do, if you have a private yard, is to set up a insect hotel to keep those pollinators going on. :) (I'll be setting up one in the future, for now I have just done less of yard work to let some wild flowers etc., bloom.)

Key element is hydration, water being the best choice. Supplements can help but genetics play a certain role as well.
It's best to start with proper hydration, edging and holding out for a few days. On a daily basis big loads can happen but one shouldn't count on it.
And output can diminish by age, it has happened to me. (Although there are other issues as well. :-D )

Proper hydration and nutrition are your building blocks. Some supplements give great results to others, some don't get benefits at all.
With many of the supplements a proper run is needed. In my experience Swedish Flower Pollen needs few days of "loading phase" to really kick in and boost your ejaculations. And of course the company matters, I wouldn't except huge loads just by yourself, depending on your mindset and arousal though.
