Nutritional supplements on my mission!

Hey, Gents.
Just wanted to also drop a couple things that I will be implementing starting 11-24-22 with supplements, lifestyle changes, to help on this road:
1.) Multivitamin/mineral supplement. I utilize Pure Therapro RX. Excellent quality.
2.) Mineral complex that emphasizes a balanced Zinc and bioavailability forms.
3.). Propionyl L-Carnitine. I have researched this and it does indeed, over time, increase the Androgen Receptors.
4.) L-Citruline. Same addition as above.
5.) Multi Collagen. Hydrolyzed and all 5 types. Reason is to ensure that the body is getting proper Aminos as well as the collagen it needs after the PE routine and aid in collagen supplement.
6.) Ortho Molecular “CitraNox”. I have used this and it is fantastic for naturally increasing Nitric Oxide levels in the body. So many health benefits for this, but namely the increase for better blood to penis and areas in need. I feel this is key. Better nitric oxide levels, better blood flow= better and firmer EQ and I feel it will be better daily sessions.
7.) I will be employing Sildenafil. I got a super cheap prescription and yes, have used it before for sex. I have read some posts that this will no doubt help with my PE routine. I have taken this (when me and my lady were all about the “daily” orgasm route) with no issues. In fact, and not saying anything new here, but I’m a Rock hard rock star on those. I use 40-60 mg per use.
8.) Balanced and nutritious diet. Using, when possible, organic veggies and fruits. High quality proteins in fish, lean chicken and lean meats. I feel that the added protein will aid in the body using this for growth. And better health anyhow.
9.) Hydration! I do not drink, but I am also lacking in the proper water intake. I have a Zero filter now and will be up taking more water as well as decaf teas.
10.) For me, caffeine is a beast. It is a love -hate relationship that I am divorcing. Take care, caffeine, don’t hate me. Lol
11.) Quit smoking. Yes. I have been s smoker. That ends on the 24th. And I am solid with that. I know it’s counterproductive with smoking and then trying to ensure I have adequate nitric oxide levels. But this is nonsense and I can save my money, and health, and buy some MOS products!!!! DLD…you’ll love that. Lol
12.) DIM. This is unreal in that it knocks down the excess estrogen levels in the body (helps regulate woman as well) and allows increase in Testosterone. It’s studied and proven fact.
13.). Exercise. Yep. I live in the snow. And it sucks rusty nails. Especially in January. Lol. I have a gym membership and I will be walking daily. (I have a home office and have the liberty to take the time). And no, I haven’t worked out since the military. Don’t be a hater, it’s just not my deal. Maybe that will change, but at least I walk.
14.). Rest and relaxation. Concentration on the One Year GOAL that I have in mind. Don’t be a negative Nancy and NEVER not so this. It’s in my mind to be, with all intents and purposes after this mission is over (maybe a year? Maybe longer depending on my body) 7.5” EL and 5.75” to 6.0” EG. Or possibly, over.
And…I don’t give a dippy damn….I WILL succeed. Have ebbs and flows and plateaus??? Yep. I already know there will be good days and not so good days. BUT…it’s that end goal when I post pictures of solid returns on MY efforts and hard work…that will keep my ass going.
Let me know what you all think on this approach. I appreciate ALL the help and encouragement in advance. Going to be a bitching year starting on the 24th!
