I really want to just do one cumshot where I can blow like a motherfucker. I am planning sort of like a prize fighter would. Extreme training following up the fight where they psyche themselves up and all that for the KO :)

Well I know Maca, zinc and water helps a ton. What are other supplements you guys know helps cum? Please dont just list generic male supplements found in every useless penis enlargement pill (saw palmetto etc) that have no real effect on load.

Also I am going to start kegels again I have extremely neglected these because I never really needed to be able to get erections all the time as I already do. Anymore and it would be just annoying. Anyways, my head doesnt really fill up so I am going to try it.

Researchers found that the men with fertility problems who took 5 mg of folic acid a day and 66 mg of zinc sulfate a day for 26 weeks had a 74% increase in total normal sperm count and a minor (4%) increase in abnormal sperm count. No significant increases were found among the healthy men's sperm counts. The study author says that's most likely due to the greater variability in sperm count in these men compared with the men with infertility.


When either zinc or folic acid was taken alone, there was no significant effect on sperm production.

Goo dluck. In my teens I could shoot over my head every time. The cum was sort on thin but it would go. Now at 29 I have more cum but it doesnt go as far and is thick most of the time. Am I not drinking enough water? My goal is to be able to hit my girl in the face from her pussy. Ive been taking L-Arginine for a few months but it hasnt helped me any along with Lecithin.

Another one I've heard people rave about is L-Arganine. But may want to do a search on this on in the forums and read this link:

I'm still kind of iffy on whether or not I want to take L-Arganine, even though I'm very interested in it. Both for it's increase of sexual function, but also it's use in bodybuilding. Also are you currently taking a multi-vitamin of some sort? A balance of nutrients may help a bit as well along with a high protein food intake. Good luck!
 
clomid can help increase loads, its real use is an anti estrogen and used to treat breast cancer, Bodybuilders use it to control estrogen levels too. peter north uses it to blurt out huge loads

although I wouldnt take this every day unless your on steroids or something
 
I want to increase my loads too but can't seem to find the right supplements. GNC didnt have any Maca Root or L-Arginine...
 
Maca and arginine powder can be gotten online. If I know folks might be out of town and I might get some I might cycle in some clomid if I can get some, thatd be awesome :)
 
Well how much arginine powder would I want to take to increase cum load etc? Any idea? I see some 1lb bags of it on EBay but have no idea what the serving size would be.

These vitamins and minerals are B1, B6, C, and iron. The amino acids lysine and methionine are also needed for L-Carnitine synthesis.
Many of chemicals you will find either help the effectiveness of each other (other cum-increasing/motiliting/fertiliting/etc supplements), or is needed for the body to create one of these.

They also found, through experiments with cell cultures, that vitamin E effectively prevents the peroxidation and thereby allows the enzyme synthesis to proceed unhindered.

That is my mix right now, will add or subtract as I go and once I got it figured out will test it for 3 months.
 
Clomid does increase the amount you can jizz but the side effects are not worth it unless you are using it for PCT after an AAS cycle,normal dosage is 100mg for 10 days and 50mg for the next 10 days,side effects include,mild to severe headaches,blurry vision and worst the Clomid blues it really makes you feel depressed.
 
i think the size of your prostate is also a important factor with this. interesting thread :D
 
I have the 1200mg lecithin capsules and it says take 3 daily......I think you could take more though.....
 
I've been taking that crap, all of it for 2 months. It is my conclusion (don't jump all over me) that none of that crap does anything.
I believe that l-argenine helps with erections as it is a blood thinner (correct me if I'm wrong)
I've seen, "this increases your load" "that increases your load" but I've yet to see anyone explain the psyiological mechanisms behind the claims. I am convinced of the following to increase load size, not all this crap I've been taking.
1. Good diet, low in high fructose corn surup
2. Water, Water, Water (water is life, you are 98% water, if you are dehydrating your body, you wont have a lot of sperm)
Tons of people get sick each year because whether they know it or not, they are dehydrated. I have been drinking 4L of water for 2 years and I haven't had the flu or a cold in 2 years
3. Exercize, at least 1 1/2 hour of cardio per day. Sweat out the toxins.
4. Sleep. Make sure you get sleep and aren't run down
5. Drugs and alchohol slow down your bodyily functions. Save it for the weekend if possible. Stay straight during the week. I myself am a pill junkie, but I've limited myself to 1 percoset, Friday and Saturday night. I don't drink as it gives me headaches, I can't smoke weed as it makes my heart race.
I seriously thing all this supplement stuff is crap. I've seen no improvement from it. The only improvement I've seen is from following the above 5 things, plus keeping your hands off your dick. Stop beating off. Save that shit. Sperm contains hormones which is energy and life. Save it for your woman, you'll discover a new desire to be with your partner if your not tossing off daily. I'm not talking about being a monk, but after 15 or so years of daily tossing off, I wonder why I never get horny or spontaneous erections. Problem Solved. Don't jump all over me about this stuff either. What works for some, doesn't work for others. I have an extremely high tollerance to meds and pills. I recenlty had a gastoenterological exam for heartburn. They gave me the max dose of valium. After the procedure I guess I was supposed to be asleep like the rest of the schlumps in the recovery area. I ripped out the IV, got up and walked out and drove home. Drugs do little or nothing for me. I do have faith though and I wanted this stuff to work. I gave it a good couple months.

So if I were to advise somebody, I repeat
1. hands off for 3 days
2. water, water, water
3. stop the diet soda and the regular soda, drink seltzer water, black cherry is da bomb
4. limit drug and alchohol use
5. diet
6. exercize, sweat out your demons and toxins
7. Do your Penis Enlargement and PC flexes. My erections have been phenominal because of Penis Enlargement. If I gain some size, I'll be psyched too, but for now, Penis Enlargement is part of my life. I'll remeasure in 2 years when I think I've actually gained some size.
Also don't be confused with sperm count and load size, they are 2 different things. Drink 4L of water a day and you'll be surprised.

I tried a product called volume pills for awhile that worked real well for about 6 months and got some pretty serious result its just a little expensive unless you get on monthly system they have set up. Then the price goes from 65.00 to 45.00 a monthly supply. Has anyone checked them out.
 
Argine produces more NO in the body which is a trigger for erections. I don't believe and have not read anything else that makes any claims on blood flow.
PC exercises should be done very hard. Think of powerlifting where the goal is to get the most weight in one shot. Powerlifters don't do negatives (no PC holds), they don't do ultra high reps (no 1000 quick flexes). Try to do about 10 squeezes as hard and fast as possible. Make sure it is completely flexed and then release. Wait a couple minutes and do it again. Do about 5 sets.
Another little exercise is to squeeze your PC muscle and while it is still contracted try to get "ultra flexes". Its hard to explain, but you are trying to induce something similar to a spasm when you ejaculate. It makes me light-headed when i do it.
 
Swedish Flower Pollen will increase loads and orgasms for sure. American Ginseng + Swedish Flower Pollen is all you need bros.
