Finally now I am dong the right thing. When started p.e. got excited and over trained causing me to loose my EQ and turkey neck and lost my morning wood.

Now I have my EQ back and morning wood is 70% better. As I have a busy schedule cannot follow the SRT. SRT is the best. So my new way is

1. I use my extender for 8 to 10 hours daily without fail. I don't use very high tension. I use normal tension and I am increasing my rods on 45 days basis to increase tension.

Only once a week I use my extender to the full tension. I am now developing springs to cross 3200 g for one day a week. For my extender has 1800 g max.

2. Now by next week I am gong to add pumping for 60 minutes daily in 4 breaks of 15 minutes each.

3. Guys never forget hand strech in all angles and rotatory. You will never have premature ejaculation. Excessive girth exercise without streching will cause involuntary kegels to cause premature ejaculation.

My involuntary kegels causing premature ejaculation is solved by 40 %. I am not consistent so it's being slow.

Sounds like a solid routine. The best routine is the toughest one you will stick with and are prepared for experience wise. Hopefully this is that for you.

I'm just curious but how did you get the 40% figure? I can fathom way too many variables to really keep track of accidental orgasm, but I'd have to imagine my figure is pretty low since I can't think of more than 2 times I was honestly surprised by my timing. I'm definitely lucky stamina wise.
 
Sounds like a great routine, what is most important is to remain consistent with an unchanged workout for at least 90 days, this will tell you if your routine is gainful or not. I would not measure for real gains but every 3 months. You can measure your flaccid stretched bone-pressed length as often as you like to see length progress and you can measure erect girth after girth session to be sure there is decent expansion but aside from this save all other measurements for the 3 months mark.

i never had premature ejaculation. But I took some herbs and did lots of clamping. Then I developed involuntary spasms and got premature ejaculation. My penis use to throb every time, while sitting, while sleeping any time every where. My EQ had increased but during sex while oral my penis used to tense and throb. Then boom boom and sperms out. In just 10 strokes in vagina I was over.

Streching is helping me. Now streching and RK. I still get spasms but better than before. My pc and BC got dis balanced I think. Streching is helping me. Mark streching by hand.

This doesn't come close to the potential of actually training your PC muscle through training. I can do an hour without these things just out of practice and consistency.

Never minding all that, with the right set of words you'll ruin a set of a girls panties with the right set of words and an attitude to back it up. She'll do the hard work herself if you play the right role.
 
Here's the thing, bringing more reps/time to an exercise is moreover of a cementing process. Intensity is moreover of a priority for gains. Yes using an extender for more hours will get you gains but not as much as you changing intensity. You can obviously do both which would be most essential. That's a good routine though :)

I experimented with high tension extending for a month and suffered from retraction a great deal. I didn't start gaining until I ruled it out and started kegeling a butt load.

I have the whole experience documented here on a progress thread but, long story short, it was harsh and did nothing for gains.

Interesting, thanks for sharing. Extending to me is just to lengthen NBPFSL. So perhaps my theory is right? Did you gain only flaccid length?

Wasn't measuring, but I got plenty of turtling. My length was also pretty obnoxious to train so who knows. You never get the whole picture from one guy trying it out. But if you get turtling you should probably cut it out, because that will hurt length gains.
 
Its probably a kind of opiate which does delay ejaculation, but probably counts as getting date raped lol idk man I just can't handle drugs. If only I was so sensitive to my exercises

Not an Opiate, it is a non addictive pain killer. I used it all of last year. Never had any effect on me but killing the pain.

Indeed I do. I am a pretty educated person for dropping out of school in the 8th grade!

You don't need school to have knowledge. Knowledge is all around you. You can learn by yourself and it's actually much greater in those terms because school has too many flaws to be called an educational system.

I actually taught myself everything I know by watching lectures from Harvard, MIT, Yale, Amherst, pretty much every ivy league school. I figured if I can learn everything they know I will have incredible knowledge, today I do:)

See :) There's so many ways of learning and you can succeed in that way you just need to be responsible and have the study ethic and interest in something.
