Hi guys,

I’m wondering if I should fap daily in order to speed up gains... I have this feeling my dick gives too much resistance and I want to gain with relatively light weights. I’m currently at 14 pounds but I can’t do the 3rd set already, it’s causing too much fatigue.

If I fap before my bundles and then do my hanging, I get more fatigue so I need to lower weights and continue the progress.

On the other hand, i’m afraid that i’m depleting myself or something and I won’t get any consistent measures. If I do “nofap” my dick heals too quick or gets stronger, I don’t want that. I want tunica fatigue all day long 24/7. I have no days off and I want to destroy it more.

Well, I should only measure every month so what to do?

So I fapped few time this week and today.
I’ve measured a slight decrease in length due to drop in EQ. I don’t care. I’m 7 inchss now and with 100% i’m 7.3 inches.

My best bet is to stay in absolute fatigue right? Like I only give my tunica 16-24 hours rest. Depends on what time I will be hanging.

Sometimes I have in the evening and next day I hang at noon 1-2PM. Depends on my schedule.

That’s really it guys, there are no more tricks to do unfortunately. I’m pressed with time, and I get 2 hours of consistent PE in daily. Hanging & some jelqing.
 
My gut says to bust a load on a regular basis! Best it is if your erection and fapping is somewhat combined with PE, say light clamping or cockring usage for example.
Holding one's juices in can cause "blackheads" inside your penis, from what I recall of one study. And it's better for your prostate.

I find the NoFap challenge so-so; if it makes one more energetic and creates drive, then alright. But once a day in my opinion is just healthy.
I would say NoFap is catered more for the ones who use too much ����. All things in moderation is relatively good guideline.

Considering your workout regime in PE, I feel that some of that fatigue is good. I recall something about stretching afterwards ejaculation, as the ligaments are more loose etc..

Just one viewpoint, I'm sure others will chime in soon enough.

The problem with fap is that I can’t get hard afterwards. I do my hanging And jelqing but then it’s done. I can’t do a normal bathmate session of 5 minutes because dick is too much fatigued and destroyed.

My internal smooth penis muscle and skin are sore as fuck and hurts like a bitch. The problem is I think my tunica is able to get a even harder beat up with more weights, only my shaft skin and smooth muscle won’t let me... How do I proceed?

I’m in this “fatigue” state but I don’t think my tunica is fatigued if you know what I mean :)

I feel a good tunica stretch during the whole set, and I don’t think I could increase the weights, so should I ride this one out?
 
Allright, what should I do now? My dick is so sore and I don’t think it’s the tunica but the circumcision scar and skinburn is what gets me too fatigued to continue to hang lol. I feel like this hanging stuff isn’t really doing much to my tunica or am I wrong?

I hung 14 pounds today and managed to do 2 sets and 1 set of 16 minutes, had to drop the weight due to that damn skinburn and scar burn, I feel fluid buildup or blisters huge blisters on glans and circumcision scar.... And I feel that my tunica could handle way more but the skinburn and scar burn won’t let me! Damn it !

Am I in a gaining zone? Or am I just hurting my dick and doing nothing, gaining nothing? It really makes me sad !! :(

I get depressed and I think about quitting PE altogether and I start wondering why am I doing all this stuff to myself? Like why? For women? More pussy? Deep insecurity’s? If I decide to stay alone forever, what’s the fucking point in having a 9 inch dick?

Those are questions running through my mind, and it’s clouding my normal reasoning...
 
Hard to say since you've not emailed me for help. I'm very available and if I can see how you're wrapping and placing your hanger, I can likely help you improve something. 14lbs is just getting started. You should not be getting so much skin irritation that it's becoming an impediment.

Thanks, it really is a marathon with soms big (mental) obstacles to overcome. It really boils down to: how bad do you really want it?

You can achieve this state through extended Kegel use. When you have done enough Kegels the PVM become weak and unable to resist the stretch. The same can happen after an orgasm called the Refractory Period. You can also reach this state by overtraining. In any state above you are in the best place to do flaccid stretching.
