I would treat width differently than girth. Width requires specific efforts to make happen. The best exercise for width are Toilet Compression Squeezes, these will take girth increases and distribute them width-wise. A toilet does not need to be used, any flat surface will do.

Is soreness from SSJS the following day bad? I had some soreness in the glans and in the end of the CC towards the front.

glans should not be sore, maybe use less preasure with the hand thats coming down

Soreness should be expected with the SSJ, it is very intense and the expansion will always cause some soreness.

The soreness will be felt for a week or two I think.
 
I have perpetual, low-level soreness...it only goes away if I take consecutive days off. I've always understood this as a sign of growth

interesting you can deal whit that sorenes,no pain no gain...after finishing a sess i get the same sensation,hope that sore pain goes away but the gains remains.....
 
soreness is good, sharp pains is bad. also the glans itself should not be sore correct me if im wrong guys. i 99% of the time prefer uli into a normal jelq over the ssjs tho...

experiment with it.for example,I tried working everyday for a month and I didn't see any gains,but when I go 5 on 2 off,this works the best for me. its all about how your body reacts to the exercise,kind of like bodybuilding,some can work everyday and see gains,others like to take rests. regarding the shrinkage,try edging after the work out or whenever you see turtelling.also you can use wrap or even a cock ring, I sometimes wear a cock ring for 30 mins-1 hour and it gets me a nice pump and a very decent hang afterwards and that can be beneficial for girth work

In girth yes the soreness will go within 2 weeks, in length it can take upwards of 6 weeks to have the soreness dissipate. It should also be understood that soreness, in many cases, will come back upon new, more intense work. But, again, in the same way, this soreness will follow the same rule as above.
