Hi,

This is my first post on the forum, I'm glad I joined btw. Anyway, my starting stats are 7.2 in el and 5.2 in eg. My long term goal is 7.5 el and 6 girth. I've been using the x30 for about 3 weeks now and I barely get any temporary girth expansion. The most I expand to is 5.3 or 5.4. I've seen people who've had the bathmate as long as me yet can expand all the way to 6+ inches. Idk why I'm not seeing gains. Please let me know what I can do to to see better results. Also, how many days a week should I be using the x30 and how long do you think it takes to condition my penis to get these gains? Thanks
 
Have you replaced the stock BM valve with The VacuVin Wine Saver mod? I'll guarantee you'll get some serious expansion, but be cautious and work-up to max pressure slowly
 
Those crazy expansions most people talk about is caused by "fluid retention" if you stay inside the tube long enough and or with high enough pressure.
This is nothing you should strive for. Another reason could be that their maximum capacity of blood inside their penis isn't reached on a regularly basis, they haven't reached their peak of EQ yet.
When you use the bathmate the device will forcefully make your true EQ peak come through. This can generate in your penis being bigger and stronger after the bathmate use.
This could also be some sort of expansion people perhaps talk about. This is a much better goal to strive for. If you don't see much expansion, it is because your limit of EQ gains is reached. Just keep using the bathmate
regularly along with a regular jelqing and stretching routine and be patient and consistent and you will slowly increase your size along with the EQ.

I recommend to pump for 5 minutes max and then let go of the pump, and decide if you should do another set or not with the bathmate depending on what your penis can manage.
Right now i only use my pump for 3-5minutes in the end of my routine for an example. I don't get any expansion after the bathmate, my erection only seems to get slightly stronger/harder, perhaps 0,1-0,2cm more girth. Only that is a good sign.

Very smart. At 5 minutes most men start taking on water so that is why I made it a 5 minute maximum. The complimentary influence of the SlowSquashJelq not only disperses remnant fluid it also brings massive tissue expansion.

fluid retention is not gains but doesnt mean you're not gaining

Fluid retention is still a sign you are doing too much in most cases. It's not necessarily needed to go that long to cause this state. If you reach this state i'm not doubting you probably will or is already reaching
the discoloration state aswell. It's not healthy if you end up with permanent fluid retentions. If you can't gain size without getting fluid retentions pumping isn't the tool for you in my opinion.

I would never advise anyone to use the bathmate like that. But everyone is free to do so, i'm just informing and i hope every man that is using the bathmate that way is aware of it and is not getting fooled.

But yes, i have heard of cases where you gain size even though you get fluid retentions. But i have my doubts :)

Yes, i have also heard about cases. But i still have my doubts.

So your question is good, are we really sure?

I prefer to use the bathmate in a manner where i know it helps. I know it can help with EQ & hardness, so i tend to use it that way. And the best way to get EQ & hardness with the bathmate
is to use light pressure and don't pump for too long. This is my experience at least, and i have heard many people tend to say this also.

DLD's bathmate routine makes completely sense.

It's really hard to say because we don't actually run well studies because everyone is on their own and visualizing for themseelves without anyone else to watch over.
 
Thanks for all the info, gentlemen. If I were to pump for 5 minutes and then release, would I be doing this flaccid, semi erect or fully erect? Also should I be pumping to low or max pressure? More so than anything, my only focus is girth although gaining .5 an inch in length would be nice. What program/exercises would you recommend for gaining both length and girth. I only have a bathmate and don't foresee myself purchasing an extender, so something involving manual stretching and bathmate for length and girth would be ideal. Thanks
 
I understand your argument against over-use causing FR and creating a 'false-positive', but wouldn't that ONLY pertain to girth? I can't see FR helping with a length increase, which begs the question of why do so many users show length gains? This probably falls under the YMMV category, but I know my body responds best to the highest amount of intensity as I can bear and incorporating DLD's SSJ's between sets adequately manages the FR. The BM w/the VV mod probably isn't for everyone, (and if you're not careful, you could very-well injure yourself) but I know from first hand experience that it worked/works/working for me. I think the exchange of ideas/information/experiences on the site makes it the best forum of its kind, but espousing an idea as 'gospel' is a bit short-sighted, especially given the experimental nature of PE

I have posted my views on this subject in the Bathmate thread but ill go over it again here. I use the 5x5x3 routine with the gator fully compressed and I have very recently started using the vac mod which makes the Bathmate better , i also use cold water and I have found I have excellent expansion, no water retention and supurb post workout expansion, occasionally when I do use warm water I found that's when I experience water retention especially at my circumcision scar. As for being flaccid, semi - flaccid or erect I don't think it makes much difference as long as you are using enough preasure as the bathmate will force an erection, it doesn't have a choice. After I finish I simply apply a cock ring which is simple and effective at holding onto the expansion the bathmate created.
Just my opinion and experience but I'm sure this will differ for some people.

Do you mind tell a bit more how cold water with the bathmate is supposed to work, what the advantages and disadvantages is.

I don't know the exact science behind it but cold has been used for a while now for post workout healing ( ice baths) I read somewhere about how using cold water post workout helps to cement temporary gains and I read a thread on this site that it could help with the bathmate so I decided to try it out and after finding it had its benefits for me like my circumcision scar not having serious water retention and the fact I stretch further in the Bathmate apposed to how far I stretch using warm water I use cold water pretty much as often as I can. So far I haven't experienced any disadvantages and I've found it to be safe.

No not at all, I actually don't mind the feeling . When you first try it the shock of the cold will be more at the base than the actual length of your cock and you won't notice anything as soon as you begin to pump.

Ok now i see the Bm can be used whit cold water too.and we still can gain..i have been using my BM whit warm hot water only but hot water can be way better dont you think.?

Its like the penis can absorb the hot water in a better way and helps the penis to get engorged.relaxing and engorging the penis at the same time..


but yeah Cold water can be obtained almost anywhere....

Should it be cold enough that it would be very uncomfortable to shower with?

I run the cold tap for about 20 seconds before I fill up the bathmate, I definitely wouldn't be wanting a shower in it 😂 although cold showers are supposed to increase testosterone levels.
