Last night i was hanging out with a girl and she was cuddling up next to my, I have to say i got a pretty substantial boner.

After the first set I got another boner, it looked good was pointing out straight a little to the left, my girth looked thicker. Will continue taking my vitamins/ pentox i ran out so have to go get more today (helps with inflammation) and i also started doing a clove a garlic with honey and chewing it up. Oh man does that help with blood flow.

So hopefully in another 1-3 months my penis starts getting stronger less inflammation and i can start filling in this plaque with more blood and basically covering it up with better tissue.

One thing i can say forsake is my penis is hanging more to my left bending flaccid, probably because the plaque is getting irritated but maybe my right side is elongating which would be fantastic.

cool I'm just going to use it to help prevent fibrosis of the tissue , there was a study done and daily use had a big factor in help preventing progression.

Did a warmup of very light stretches. Had good expansion with stretching penis filled with blood well.

Got some hand on my pentox again, so will be taking 3x daily for inflammation.

On another note I would like to do some measuring pictures just to see my penis go through some different stages.

Can i get one of you brothers to help me out and i can send some pics and you post them on my thread?

Day 24: Went in bathroom and did 5 minutes in warm bath water, i have not been warming up, but i really like the warmup as it gets my penis nice and fuller.

Started stretching with my routine below and i felt really good expansion it felt really good. I didn't pull too hard or anything i was kind of getting turned on, this happened before i got peyronies and i remember stretching and always getting an erection. Before i got peyronies 3 years ago i used to stretch and i gained about 1/2 -3/4 of an inch in 2 months time. Anyhow my penis got nice and full afterwards and all my plaque / scar tissue were filled in and i could not see them. It looked like a really healthy dick for about 1 minute. Then when i stood up after a minute it went away, but again i will continue as i feel i am making really good progress. MY pain is starting to go away from the sessions but i am also taking my pentox (inflammatory medicine) vitamins (coq10) Blacked oil, and Ive done garlic for about 4 days now thanks to someone getting me back into it.

I totally agree, but not rest days for me, i have to stay consistent and cannot allow for a missed day. Im watching myself tho, and trying as much as possible to make the inflammation go down. IM sticking to only stretching because my penis is not strong yet, its so weak anything could break it or start a inflammatory reaction. But over time i believe it will get stronger and used to these stretches, maybe my penis will start to come back to life, aka morning wood ect.

Btw brothers any one of you guys have any ideas for me to take supplement wise or do to make me start getting morning erections? I have had little to few in the past 2-3 years which has caused my penis not to be strong and healthy which probably does not help my peyronies disease. I want to get erections every night, i do have low testosterone because i did steroids 4 -years ago but I'm working out and playing basketball a lot. IM trying to also eat healthy.

Cant believe its been 26 days, i need to do some measurements, as i never did any measurements to begin with thinking I would run into some inflammatory problems which i have but have been overcome and pushed through. Will do some measurement probably tonight.

Sorry my Brother! I wish this would clear up faster. Have you looked through any of German Stallion posts on Peyronies? He had a curve that was ridiculous, he lost literally 2" in length because of it. I worked with him for over a year and watched his progress, and over a years period he had mostly straightened his penis he gained back his normal length, from 4.5" to 6.5" and added another inch to boot, finishing at 7.5" He is a older man, he most be in his 70's today, great teacher and awesome moderator. Look through his work, even bump it, maybe the old man will visit us!

I actually have his phone number, we talked a bit 2 years ago. I was in the inflammatory stage then and tried stretching and massaging but it only made it worse.
