Day 14: feeling discouraged, penis looks like its gaining new plaque and i don't have a good EQ, masturbated today maybe the reason for it. Dumb mistake.... everytime i masturbate it does this. Will Do my stretches regardless, was discouraged when i looked at ���� and looked at my penis, didn't look any different.


My diet has not been good lately maybe a reason.

I measured and BPEL: 5-1/2 " - 5 2/3 " not terrible ----- had to look at ���� to get an erection though.

My plaque is getting bigger from being irritated by all this stretching and stuff, I'm eating a lot of ginger and i am getting back on Pentox- 3x daily to help the inflammation go down. Im continuing to workout/ play ball. Hopefully it gets calmed down.
 
Oh for sure, I think i need to be getting adequate erections as well so will try to get me some 30 day ciailis as this was told to help keep the tissues strong for peyronies. Thank you i will continue to stay the course, even if things are looking discouraging, i got some good stretch length today but quickly my penis curved to the left, its just aggravating the plaque but meh..... must continue on.

Hey, its definitely getting more inflamed / irritated when this happens it makes the plaque stand out more looks like more lumps. yea it caused some curvature when flaccid it bends more to the left where its more inflamed but as In erection not terribly so. I will continue because i cannot stop right now i can't quite when the going gets rough and i am not even stretching that hard.

Penis got loosened up but on my left side i have inflammation / pain when stretching this is not your normal aching but sharp stinging. Ive managed this for 2 years but I'm tired of not stretching and will continue to try to beat this thing. Good blood flow/ stretched the plaque but of course its pissed off, need for it to go down and get oxygenation to it.



Need more blood flow and oxygen to the penis. Need to heal with proper blood flow and reduce inflammation.

I started taking 3x a day pentox, starting coq10, L-arginine, chewing ginger everyday, vitamin D. Any of you brothers have any suggestions?

If i can stop inflammation, and increase blood flow / oxygenation to the penis i think i can start healing better.

Going to start drinking a gallon of water a day as well.

have you tried adding Garlic to your diet, its a natural anti inflammatory and vasodialator so it may help improve3 blood flow and reduce inflammation.

I dont have any new info on what to do to help the pain or anything but i know with scar tissue heat is the best way to get blood flow to the area, there is also a procedure that has been gaining ground called dry needling where they try to get the body to heal itself in difficult areas by using acupuncture needles to cause a trigger in the body to heal that area idk if they do that in such a sensitive area but nothing ventured is nothing gained.

Thanks for the reply, I need to get back to eating garlic in the mornings, it tastes really bad but it is really good for you, i started getting good erections when i was eating a clove a day. I will start doing it again.
 
Can't believe I'm on day 18, out of 365 and i have not rested. I have continued to push on through the process of some aggravation and pain, i have continued to workout, play ball, and trying to figure out how to get this inflammation down.

Supplements: took my list of supplements for inflammation and pain.


Day 18: Starting to do exercises before bed hopefully i can start healing at night and not gaining new plaque. If i do this for the next 5 years till I'm 30 that would have been 1825 days of me trying to stretch out my dick/ plaque / scar tissue. It has to be getting accustomed to it by then and start letting loose/ letting go/ adapting/ has too!

Or....... I was just thinking about it. I get a dick that is full of plaque and scar tissue that curves 90 degrees and i can't use it. Guess ill let my body deicide what it will do. It can either heal and conquer or get destroyed. I will continue to pray about it but I'm tired of sitting and waiting..... So 18 days its been lets continue.

Goal: 30 days continued stretches same as above and evaluate where I'm at.

In the meantime I will try and get my hands on 30 day cialis/ will cut those in half and take half before bed to try to get good blood flow and heal better.
 
You got this by no means do i think there is evidence you will come out of this with more plaque, there is evidence that shows that prolonged stretching will albeit slow reduce the plaque, pain and inflammation. The mind is 75% of the effort needed to make the change as we are prone to letting fear override our accomplishments. You more than halfway through your first 30 days and i know you will only get better as time goes on.

Great attitude and I agree 100%. In stretching the plaque will be broken down but also in other ways if implemented. Things like erect bends against the plaque, extender and BathMate use, massage, Bundled stretches and so many other things. Keep going and things will keep improving.
