I have been doing the kegel routine for almost a year now but admitting i am horrible about remembering them so there were several months that i went without doing them at all. I did see an improvement to eq within the month between the my psychological mindset improving at this time and actually doing them these were my biggest factors. The mind is one powerful tool it can be your greatest friend or your worst enemy.

It sounds like your a fairly busy person i just want to make sure your properly doing warm ups and down during your routines as this will contribute to increased inflammation if you don't. With your routine it seems like your focusing mainly on pulling right i imagine to try and compensate for the bend, you may want to add some to the left as when your pulling your stretching more than just the tunica in the visible penis but also your ligs and base, you want a balanced routine so you dont end up with a bend in the opposite direction.

Hey guys!! :) Day 8: I have not missed a beat I have continued to workout/ play ball/ stay consistent with my P.E. I think if i stay on course and this pace, my penis will eventually become more elastic and strengthen. I just need to continue to eat well and get good rest. I do not think i will be taking any rest days.

Day 8 P.E: 3 minute hot bath water in bathmate warmup: (manual length work) 3 sets of: 20 secs straight down, 20 secs straight down and to the right.
2 sets: 20 secs straight out, 20 secs straight out to the right, 20 secs straight up , 20 secs straight up and to the right.

3 sets of helicopters: 6 clockwise , 6 counter-clockwise.

I think my penis is loosening up a bit, when I'm stretching it feels as though I'm stretching farther this is good news people. Cheers

Thank you man, i have seen your thread and all. How long have you been doing P.E for? You like that bathmate huh? Ive tried doing the bathmate for correcting this scar tissue and plaque but it just seems even if i only pump it lightly its too much internal pressure on the tunica for me right now. I would like to eventually be able to use the bathmate and gain.

I think all the work you're doing getting more flexibility will eventually allow you to use The Bathmate w/out pain, but it's a process...I've been at this for 3+ years and my modded X40 is responsible for 90% of my gains

Awesome! This is encouraging because i believe the same. It definitely is a process, these little workouts daily over 1 year will add up a lot. I am not going to get too far ahead of myself this time, I got to think of this as a longterm game. When you say modded X40, what are you referring too? I have seen your bathmate and it has something on the end is that what your talking about?
 
Day 9: I said i would not be taking a day off, but i felt like today i needed a little easier day. So today i only did 1 set of stretches: 20 secs down, 20 secs down to the right, 20 secs straight out, 20 secs straight out to the right, 20 secs straight up , 20 secs straight up to the right.

Kegals: I did 50 quick twitch, 15 - 5 secs hold followed by 2 sec rest, finished with a 30 - 40 seconds straight kegal hold.
 
Day 9: Update: Tonight my penis is more flexible than it has been in sooooooo long, i took a video of it on my phone but i do not know how to upload. This is of course short term atm but I'm hoping this continues as i continue to do this everyday and hopefully it loosens completely and starts getting stronger. Today i did get a semi erection at work and i stopped taking cialis 2 weeks ago. Hoping this EQ starts coming back after 2 years of basically no erections.


Calestinics workout, pull-ups / handstands/ forearm work, bicep work and pike pushups. 20 minute total workout.
 
Day 10: woke up with a morning erection, first one in about 3 week -4 weeks, it was about 80 percent hardness. This is good news!
 
Day 10: stretches: 2 sets: basic routine: 20 secs straight down, 20 secs straight down to the right, 20 secs straight out, 20 secs straight out to the right, 20 secs straight up, 20 secs straight up to the right.

Workout: played basketball for 2 hours and worked out for 20 minutes for chest.

I have to update: I am a day behind on posting. Day 11: I did the basic stretches: {2 sets:}- 20 secs straight down , 20 secs down to the right, 20 secs straight out, 20 secs straight out to the right, 20 secs straight up , 20 secs straight up to the right.

I tried doing 1 pump on the bathmate, not really any pain but i could tell my tunica does not like any internal pressure like that atm. Its tough because i wanted to be able to do the bathmate but i can't atm. I might try again but I'm not sure.

I also did massage work on my penis: this usually has always ended up in causing pain and i do it lightly. Yes, it did cause me a lil pain flareup afterward and my scar tissue looked worse, my penis was bending to the left a lot more. Here is the thing though after about 5 minutes it was fine. I might try to massage again but its scary knowing your doing something worse to your penis. Remember again, mine is abnormal compared to yours because of my inflammatory disease that i got from this plaque.

A little discouraged because i thought the turn out would be better. Still hopeful, and will continue, have to continue, only way to beat this thing is keep working keep moving keep trying or it will beat me. I cannot back down. Tomorrow will continue to stretch or try something like massage again.



Kegal routine: 60 secs: fast twitch squeeze - unsqueeze. 20: 5 sec squeeze, 2 sec relax 1: 1minute squeeze hold
 
Looking good my Brother. Remember that correcting the curve take much time and exercise so do not give up! I spent about one year creating a curve.
 
I will continue to stay motivated:

UPDATE: Penis didn't really feel inflamed today, it might have for a little bit but i think the warmup in the bath was good and also that I did my workout in the morning. I only stretched so maybe my penis recovered better today. I also drank some beet/apple/celery/ cilantro juice which might have helped. I have gotten back in the routine of eating ginger throughout the day- this helps with the inflammation because it is anti inflammatory. Tonight i was talking to a girl in the car and got an erection which was good.
