Had stopped using Bathmate for a couple of weeks because DLD suggested I may have overworked or my dick was exhausted also noticed my EQ was low and difficult to have erections apart from a dark bronze discolouration. After these two weeks I restarted using Bathmate and after two sessions no hardcore stretching or girth blaster bang EQ suffer again but not for long just 24 hours.
I really like Bathmate because it helps me to engorge my dick even more I have a good girth but a little more will not hurt.
Anyone else experience this problem I wonder?
OK I forgot I am 6.3 x 5.4 and I am 55 y/o

Did you try kegels and reverse kegels?

I do them before Bathmate...
I do 20 fast kegels (just so the penis jumps), then I do 10 of slow kegels (squeez for 5 sec, slow release for 2 secs, then I wait for 3secs and repeat - this is 1 slow kegel), then to sum up I do 20 reverse kegels (fast). I do these 2, 3 times a day.
1 session takes arround 5-10 min as I first concetrate the enrgy to the area and do litttle ball massage (just to get in the right mood)

Im about two week into using the Bathmate and i have also noticed the same. Harder for me to get a full on erection and also apart from feeling a bit numb my EQ has gone down a bit. Wondering if this is just normal and will pass....??
 
I have only noticed this right after I used the Bathmate. Maybe an hour or so later (but sometimes right after) I can get a full erection. Maybe its an age thing? I am mid 20s
 
Guys you need to do some serious kegals and not just 20 here or there .Try working up to 500 per day and when doing one ,clamp down as hard as you can.
When you expand your dick temporarily you still need more blood to fully engorge it.The kegals help to increase the blood supply getting to all the new volume inside your newly expanded dick!
Its like if you took a balloon and stretched it out without adding more air ,it would not be the same firmness as before you stretched it out.
 
RUBBER BAND KEGELS

make dick hard
rubber band in front of it.
hold rubberband with your ahnds against dick and stomach.
Do kegels against the resistance of the band. adjust rubberband to simulate different resistance.

do this every day. be stronger and harder.

I think a couple days off would help. This has happened to me from too much clamping before and after a couple days off and a less intense clamping session following that, the erection quality the next day is usually pretty damn good. Try using the same principle for the Bathmate and I am sure you will notice a difference. I haven't had this issue with the Bathmate yet but I guess I kind of know what my limits are with these things.

Time off can definitely help someone with eq issues but at the same time, working through the eq issues will make you stronger. Two ways to look at it. Days off can mean growth for some, for me, not. If I am too sore to do Penis Enlargement I will find something to do, Pc Work, Testicle Health, Uncle Jim's WRap, etc. For me, staying in the game means staying active daily.
 
reading these post I have found I am not alone on this one and yes rubber band and kegels may be a good idea and I'll try that soon
 
Also, using a wet washcloth, hung over your erection, you can do kegel raises and also strengthen the PC muscles. Perter North came up with towel raises more than 15 years ago.
 
DLD,

If my daily routine for now consists of 20 mins - 5min Bathmate - 5mins jelq and some basic stretching, what would be the best way to incorporate these kegels into my routine? How many do you recommend a day and when? what about reverse kegels??

KEGALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gotta do it, I do them all day long. I am doing some right now as i write this.

I found that, first couple weeks, EQ goes down, yes my dick gets harder now since using the Bathmate.

Do kegals with the Bathmate on aswell.

500 a day is a good goal.
 
Thank you DLD always some good advice to us newbies however for me take time off means growth and most of my gains came after a took a week off three months jelqing non stop injured myself the gains came on

I started using Bathmate a week ago and I noticed the samething. Even on days that I do Penis Enlargement with viagra as supplement. My dick still gets a little limps after my Bathmate session. I'm on my 7th days so far and the recover rate to get back my normal erection is much faster. <--- except bigger:p Also I took a day off and it seems to help. Kegel is probably the key to fix this. Like what the guys said above, bigger ballon with no air.... Make perfect sense. My penis gained almost .3 inch in a week and I haven't done any kegel for awhile.

Recovery will happen faster and faster as you become more and more used to the Bathmate. This is usually the way all Penis Enlargement is. I just don't want guys to quit before the miracle happens!
 
So that means i'll just work through the fatigue at a safe level which means if i am feeling fatigue i'll still Penis Enlargement i just dont go as intense.
 
I noticed the same thing. My EQ went down after a week straight of using the Bathmate with extending. I think I may have over done it as a newbie. I took two days off then went back to doing the routine that is right in the beginning when you first log in. The only thing is I do not do the extensions right away. I use the Bathmate in the morning around 7:30 and don't wear underwear anymore. Then around two, I wear the extender for an hour, manual stretch all 5 directions for 30 secs each direction followed by 25 rotary stretches both directions, put on the extender for an hour again and stretch just the same again. After that, I put on the ace bandage in the stretched position and each hour, do the manual stretches just like I was doing with the extender on. I do that until around 9pm. It feels better and does not seem to stress little johnny as much. My EQ is back to normal. In fact, I think it has gotten better. If you are a newbie, don't stress little jimmy too much and stay consistent to get results. As time goes on, you can increase the intensity of your workouts. Think of it like going to the gym. You have to start off slowly then you can increase intensity over time to get results as time goes on.
