bluenun,
>When I stretch manually BTC or SD I can feel some vessels (not previously thrombosed) in my foreskin tighten up but this does not happen when I stretch up.<
Are you positive these are vessels? By their very nature, blood vessels are very elastic. They stretch easily to several times their natural length. Generally, the reason for a Thrombosis is a spot will become injured in the vesssel, plaque will be laid down to heal the injury, blood flow is reduced or stopped, and a clot will form at the injury site stopping all blood flow.
I would be interested in further description of what you are seeing and feeling.
>Also been warming up with 10% erect bends and jelquing.<
I don't get this. How can you warm up with erect bends and jelqing? They are fairly stressful activities at the best of times. Why not just warm up with a rice sock or heating pad? I do not recommend any girth work, no jelqing and surely no erect bends before hanging. Just warm up and hang. If you want to do girth work at the same time as length work, then be sure to do it after hanging, but I do not recommend that either.
I do recommend light jelqing between sets, without unwrapping, and at the end of the hanging session after unwrapping. This is to help return full circulation.
>I have attached a picture of my set up which is a squat stand behind my chair.
I attach one end of the strap to my BIB hanger and hang it over the squat stand.<
Looks good. Are you able to do other activities while hanging? Are you able to relax?
>Two concerns I have so far are, when the weight is attached and hanging over the stand it does not feel anywhere near as heavy as it would were I hanging BTC or SD.
I guess this is because there is friction where the strap meets the stand.
I am not sure whether there is anything I can do about it or just add more weight.
Been using 8lbs.<
Never go by the numbers on the plates, except to know and record how much you are doing. Go by how the weight feels. Friction can work both ways. It can impede the stress to your unit, or if you pull back a little while hanging, it can increase the stress.
Further, the stresses are different, and the conditioning is diffrent for each angle of hang. Ex.: You may work up to 20 lbs BTC, but when you switch to OTS, you should not start at that same 20 lbs. Start as a beginner. Then slowly work up in weight to find your Max weight at the new angle.
Realize that for most of the angles of hang, you are stressing at least some different UNCONDITIONED tissues.
>The second concern is that with the weight attached, if I feel the underside of my penis it appears there is no tension at all (I thought this is where it would be tight if I was pulling out the inner penis)
but the front of my penis is tight all the way down to and including the fundiform ligament.<
Do you mean the CS vs the two CC's? Many times, if not most of the time, my CS just went along for the ride. You will probably find that the tunica surrounding the two major chambers, CCs, which includes where they join, the septum, are much more substantial than the thinner tunica surrounding the CS.
Just as with other softer tissues, the nerves, blood vessels, skin, smooth muscle, the thinner, less substantial tunica of the CS is fairly easy to stretch, grow.
The CS has to be more pliable, looser than the CCs in order for ejaculate to pass through the urethra while mantaining an erection. Increased blood pressure pressing against the tough tunica is what produces an erection. The two major chambers provide most, if not all, of this turgidity.
Just curious, how do you feel the tightness all the way down to your fund lig? How is stress at the upper angles putting stress on the fund lig.
Good stuff.
