Hi guys,

So later this year, probably in the summer months, I plan to take a vacation of a month or two. By that point I will have at least 8 months of hanging under my belt and I am hoping to be at least 8.5 BPEL (I am currently 7.75 BPEL). While I love hanging and do not want to stop it even for a day or two, the weights I am getting up to now and especially by then will be too high to take any of my hanging equipment with me.

I do not want to lose any size during my time off from hanging and would preferably even want to gain if I can even if it is only 1/8 inch in a month. Can you guys please recommend to me the best manual routine (I cannot do any wet jelqing) you can think of to continue my gains or at the very least to maintain what I have until I finish my vacation?

DLD's Newbie routine every third way, that's solid manual work, and you can add DLD Blasters to Newbie routine just to be sure!
Kegels every day to keep them in shape, and that will do it I hope so, wait for some replies, maybe you'll get better advice. Peace
 
I would suggest bringing baby powder or some kind of traction powder if you can. Do dld stretches in every direction trying to hold for at least a minute at a time,just be cautious of behind the cheeks stretches if your not used to them.and do the rotataries and dry jelqs. __________ stretches and bundle stretches can be done between sets also. I believe if you do this two or three times a day you shouldn't lose anything. What weight are you up too hanging?
 
continue your routine or a basic DLD newbie routine ....reduce the days off PE very slowly ..like reduce one day a week and slowly and slowly bring it down to once a week of PE ...by then your gains would have been cemented.
 
I love the Newbie Routine, it contains everything someone needs to start to gain in PE. Reading through SRT will enhance everyones knowledge and prepare them for advanced work. I say stick with the Newbie Routine for the duration of your gains, once they slow jump into something more intense. If someone wants to add equipment like the BathMate or SizeGenetics, these can easily be worked into the Newbie Routine.
 
Thanks guys. I think what I will do is the following: just do basic stretches for one minute at a time in every direction I can for a daily total of 20 minutes. In addition to that I will try to do as many A-stretches as possible. Hopefully this will be enough to maintain my gains.

The Newbie Routine is the best routine to maintain with. I suggest doing it once or twice a week to maintain good penile health and to secure any gains that have not been cemented yet.

The last month of my work, I was doing three times a week newbie routine, and I still have same size and morning boners like before, eq is dropped a bit but that's small percentage, starting again on February 1st with newbie routine, but Im gonna replace jelqs with SSJ and Mini Slammers. I hope it will work good.

That is a smart move replacing the jelqs with SlowSquashJelqs, it will greatly enhance the girth growth. The remainder of the routine is a fabulous lot of stretching, the only thing that would improve the stretching would be doing all the stretches with the LengthMaster. Glad you kept your size and I hope to see some massive increases over the next few months.

The length master would suffice in a situation like this. Very effective and addictive device.
