Edge 10-20 times a day and only ejaculating once every 3-4 days unless I have sex.
Jelqing - 300 reps and will add 50 reps every two days.
SSJS and ULIS during edging session.
UJM during work hours.
All other times at home, SG

This really isn't a daunting or even too time consuming of a routine but I think in conjunction with the weight loss and building lean muscle and cutting down body fat, I should see an inch plus by the time august rolls around.

You can lose so much weight if you cut down on what you eat. Eat whatever you like but only eat twice daily and don't ever eat to your satisfaction. You can as well eat once in a day for a period of 14 days. Spend at length 4 hours daily in the SG and also get yourself a bathmate and the length master

Weight loss has become so important to me this time around. My belly fat really changed and is now lower into my fatpad. I have no clue how to attack this as the fat at the pad is separate now from my belly fat. This happened over the last year and I really do not like it. It causes me to turtle, something I have never experienced. I am working on a new experiment with the fat pad and hope to have results to show after a couple months. I am also dieting again.

It's funny and strange at the same time how fast the fats come back after a short while. It doesn't even take up to a year some times.
