The time has come. Not to change, but to become. I will become a better version of myself and I will be 100% dedicated. I've always been careless of my weight and health because it never stopped me from my goals of getting girls, but I know realize there is more to be had, so I will improve and my dick will be a big part of it.

I am going to the Dominican Republic this August and want to be a better man before I go, I don't know why, I just do. Currently I am 5'8, 200lbs, decent amount of muscle but definitely more fat. My goal is drop to the 160-170 range which I think is possible with the right amount of work and mental endurance. With this weight loss and I'll be doing a lot of calisthenics in hopes of gaining a visual .5 inch from fat pad loss. I will workout every other day and cut out drinking beer as much as possible.

Supplements I'm taking

Multivtamin formula
soy protein
L-Tyrosine
Evening Primrose
Lecithin
L-Arginine
Rhodiola

These will help with workouts and definitely my penis.

Penis routine, going back to basics which I think will really work

Stretch up, btc, out, btc, down, btc, left, btc, right, btc 30 secs each and then the same set again but bundled, then back to regular to make 3 entire sets.
3 sets each of bundled A stretch and bundled __________ 30 secs each
Edge 10-20 times a day and only ejaculating once every 3-4 days unless I have sex.
Jelqing - 300 reps and will add 50 reps every two days.
SSJS and ULIS during edging session.
UJM during work hours.
All other times at home, SG

This really isn't a daunting or even too time consuming of a routine but I think in conjunction with the weight loss and building lean muscle and cutting down body fat, I should see an inch plus by the time august rolls around.

I will slay everything moving when I get there :cool::cool:

You should swim laps that's about the best thing for weight loss. Just look at the navy seals or the school swim team. Don't look to lance because he's on that scary spice

Congrats! A better you can be utilized in all facets of your life. One thing I would not do though is take any soy products (anything soy). They have phytoestrogens in them and can be seen to increase your own bodies levels of estrogen. That's counter productive if you're trying to lose weight.

Funny how this myth is still around:

Exposure to exogenous estrogen through intake of commercial milk produced from pregnant cows. - PubMed - NCBI
Estrogen excretion patterns and plasma levels in vegetarian and omnivorous women. - PubMed - NCBI
Clinical studies show no effects of soy protein or isoflavones on reproductive hormones in men: results of a meta-analysis. - PubMed - NCBI

- phytoestrogens found in plants (soy) doesnt effect your hormones in any way
- estrogen in cows milk is identical estrogen humans produce and lowers your test and increases estrogen levels

After the intake of cow milk, serum estrone (E1) and progesterone concentrations significantly increased, and serum luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone and testosterone significantly decreased in men. Urine concentrations of E1, estradiol, estriol and pregnanediol significantly increased in all adults and children. In four out of five women, ovulation occurred during the milk intake, and the timing of ovulation was similar among the three menstrual cycles

The present data on men and children indicate that estrogens in milk were absorbed, and gonadotropin secretion was suppressed, followed by a decrease in testosterone secretion. Sexual maturation of prepubertal children could be affected by the ordinary intake of cow milk.

Good luck being afraid of soy while consumig dairy daily :)

I would switch soy to a whey, casein, or vegetable protein. Also u can buy a BCAA product with many aminos in one bottle so u save some cash instead of buying them individually

getting to 170lbs is more than possible. Check out my thread on weight loss and hit me up if you need any help.

Can you post exactly the reason for this ?

"All of the constituents of whey protein provide high levels of the essential and branched chain amino acids. The bioactivities of these proteins possess many beneficial properties as well. Additionally, whey is also rich in vitamins and minerals. Whey protein is most recognized for its applicability in sports nutrition. Additionally, whey products are also evident in baked goods, salad dressings, emulsifiers, infant formulas, and medical nutritional formulas." (Protein)

Take both.

But Im interested in specifically what he said :
- why switching soy protein
- why would you buy BCAAs if thats what you already have in the protein

You shouldn't give babies formula, it doesn't have the fats in breast milk that its brain needs to develop properly. When you tell someone their parents gave them formula is like calling them stupid

I think the general consensus is Whey protein is more bio available. Haven't really looked into it.

Dude, you could seriously lose all that weight in one month if you did a juice feast.
Then you could focus on building mass for the remainder of the time until you go up.
Just my opinion.

Exactly big beard, the best way to do something is the easiest, don't do stupid binge diets, they're just fads. Slow is best. You're just asking for a slow metabolism and more weight gain with yo-yo dieting

Sounds like you don't have club what your talking about.
Because unless you go back to eating cheese burgers your going to be a hundred times healthier once it's over.
Taking in nothing but high nutrient low fat raw food will clean you out completely, you'll drop weight, your skin will glow and look healthier and younger than ever before, you clean out you body, and After the first few days where you feel like shit, you'll have more energy and feel lighter and more awake then you ever have in your adult life.
And finally, once you remove all the additives and take In only living plant food, your taste buds have a reset, by the time it's over, fruit will taste like candy.

I do fast pretty regularly, and I mean real fasts (only water).
Taking in zero calories, only water, will give you all the intended benefits of fast (wouldnt recommend fasting more than 5 days).

Not eating shit, only whole plant-based diet is not diet to me, thats my standart lifestyle.
