Im sorry brother but all of the articles are from mercola.com, please look up soy researchg on PubMed or some other web with actual clinical studies.
Dr.Mercola is well known figure - sadly not for his knowledge - and I wouldnt follow any of his advice.

Seriously tho, please go Pub Med and search soy clinicla studies from past 10 years.
 
Same here, Im raw, not that I have any problem with cooked vegan, it's just I find raw foods lighter.
It's like, once you realize your stomach doesn't have to feel heavy to get all the nutrients you need you realize just how nutrient dense real food is.
I just basically have a couple big green juices during the day, the at around three four I have a fucking massive salad, with some fat.
If I get hungry later I'll just eat a little fruit or a bit of cut up veggies, carrots, celery. Cucumber.
What's your diet like?

Pretty similar but later of the day I usually do cooked food with wife and little daugther who loves to cook :)

Lately I've been going in heavy on the greens,
I've been juicing so long that I don't need any fruit anymore, I enjoy it more actually.
Bit a typical juice would be something like, a head of kale or (even better believe it or not) half a bag of the organic kale they sell at Walmart, it's about 400g per bag, but it's all leaf pretty much and less of the stem.
So kale, then 1/3 box organic baby spinach or 1/3 head of spinach, then a 1/4 head of red cabbage. Some celery, some cucumber and maybe a lemon.
Oh and a Romain heart, I forgot lol
They come in the bags of three usually pretty cheap.

Do you put it in blender and drink it all (no waste) or you only drink the juice from it (using juicer) ?
 
It's when you drink nothing but home made, cold pressed juices, fresh right on the spot for a number of days, you just need a juicer and some produce and your good.
It's literally the healthiest thing you can do for you body.
Think of it as adding unprocessed raw living vitamins minerals and enzymes to your body.
It's like health food on a whole other level. Your skin looks amazing after a few days, and the weight literally falls off.
You should check out fat sick and nearly dead on Netflix to find out more if your interested.
 
No smoothies aren't juices I only.drink juices. I have a couple juicers at home.
I have two centrifugal brevil juicers and my baby the omega single auger juicer, it can juice wheat grass it's so good.

Ok, I do green smoothies as well, dont like so much waste from the juicer.
 
i love milk, i drink minimum a 2 glasses a day.. is that bad for my testosteron level ?

If you want your testosteron low, its good.
 
There pretty much nothing left in the pulp, so it doesn't really bother me, it's just the fibre, and you still get micro amounts in the juice, bit as far as any of the nutrient, I can say there pretty much all extracted.
I do smoothies once in a while, but more for just the pleasure, because you can't get as much concentrated nutrition in smoothies as you can juice.
But my favourite smoothie is banana strawberry blueberry spinach, with two dates to sweeten it.
 
You could use the juice and nut/seed pulp to make raw crackers, cakes, etc. :D

Bro, he grows them straight out of his beard. It comes in handy when he finds a stray, he just puts it in there too so it has its food and shelter all at once

Your test would be definately higher if you replaced it with water, thats for sure.

If you want to give your digestion a rest juices are great, because you're still getting nutrients
