Hello! So as i have been using the Bathmate for a while now as a beginner i have come to notice that when i release it after like 4minutes my penis goes back to flaccid real quick, like when air leaves a balloon.
But right at this moment the penis is encorged with much more blood in it's flaccid state. It's pumped with blood. So i thought about, would this be a good time to put on a cock ring for 4minutes? I did this and
the blood inside the penis started to pressure against my flaccid (yet kinda pumped) size. After this i did some jelqing.

After trying this for the first time i managed to reach a little bit more expansion. Can someone explain what happend here? I want to understand what i'm doing on a more scientific level.
I know about SRT, but i didn't know just 4minutes of cock ring use could be decisive.
I have usually been doing bathmate - jelqs - bathmate - jelqs before. But this seem to give better result. Also i am not 100% sure if it was the cock ring or something else i did that i didn't notice.

So your dick goes flaccid 4 minutes after the workout?What's the problem with that?You do girth work erect and when you're done your dick will go flaccid again of course.This is how it's supposed to be.You're not supposed to wear the cock ring with an erection.The expansion will remain in your flaccid cock.Isn't it thicker even when it's flaccid after the girth work?Put the cock ring on your flaccid cock and enjoy the rest of your day :)
 
Lots of people like a c ring after pumping. I just jelq after pumping no ring. Everybody's different though stick with what works for u

No, my penis doesn't go flaccid 4 minutes after workout. It goes flaccid right after i release the bathmate from my pubic bone. But it doesn't go turtled. Just flaccid but with a lot more blood rushed through it.
All i'm asking if the tactic i used is beneficial somehow? Before bathmate use my flaccid is not filled with blood as much as after bathmate, the whole penis itself feels more spongy/filled with blood. So if i jelq after bathmate it feels
like i have a lot more blood to work with. All i did was just clamping that blood off with a cock ring after and i'm asking if it is beneficial to do that.

I didn't say anything was a problem.
 
I always use a cock ring during pumping (harder to do in the 1.75 in cylinder but the 2.0 is fine) and afterwards. Then I continue to wear that through the night and a part of the next day. Basically however long I can keep the pump for. Longer the better!

I only keep an erection during my pumping sessio . When I'm not in the mood again it goes away but I still have a lot of pump. Wearing it through the night is magical cause I periodically get boners and you can really feel your expanding past your normal size by a great degree. A lot of the times I have to periodically adjust the ring up and down the shaft so that it stops pinching and irritating the skin.

I appreciate the advice but wanted to also exercise some caution with this type of method. Anyone trying it should be diligent in checking things as you go. Going too long and not watching you can do damage in the way of thrombosis and discoloration. Take your time in this method and practice with time and intensity to find the safest way to perform pumping with a ring.

When you do pumping, you're extending tissue normal behaviour. Creating micro bruises and torns. When you release the pressure, tissue tends to deflate. I agree on that.
Keeping a cockring allows your tissues to heal, "scarify", in an extended state.
It's part of DLD SRT knowledge.
You could read on the .net about 'how knee ligaments heal' to statisfy your scientific curiosity. Cortisol (overtraining) impact...
Or you could dig deeper in this forum...

I've had slight discoloration from pumping too hard (12-13 hg). Now depending on the cylinder used I'll generally stay around the 5-6 hg mark for the smaller tubes, and right at about 10 for larger tubes (this is because there is more vacuum in a tube that has more volume packed then one that doesn't have as much volume packed; you can observe this on the vacuum gauge as the tube starts getting packed, the vacuum starts to climb a bit). Never had any thrombosis issues. Most if not all of the problems are usually use due to increased vacuum pressures. If he keep it at lower pressure he should be fine with the cockring on assuming he is otherwise healthy.
 
Yes, SRT will answer almost any question anyone would have about penis enlargement. It is also the most powerful routine available. Regardless if you are on the SRT routine or not you should still study, learn and master the SRT methodology.

If you're flaccid when you come out of the BM, I would try focusing on keeping your arousal while in the tube. You can't see that you're losing arousal while you're in the tube because of the pressure buildup, but I think it's important to maintain.

Whatever you're comfortable with- ����, pictures, or just mental stimulation, along with occasional kegels will help you come out of the tube erect and more expanded. From here, you can go straight into manuals or put on your cock ring for a while if you're finished with your routine.
