Hey brothers, it's been a few years since I've been on this site and a few years since I've done PE. The reason I am back is, I've lost a lot of progress I made after getting married and focusing on that part of my life and not my junk. I was hanging around 8nbp x 6 eg at my height of my PE career (haha) and would like to get back to that size. Reason is, my wife has noticed the change in size. She has never made a point that it is bad, just says, you're not as big as you were when we met. It kind of lit the fire to get back into the swing of things. Currently I am 7nbp x 5.25 eg and I'm looking for a good routine (all manual) to get back to that previous size. Sorry for the long post, but it's the story that helps me stay focused.

Currently I wake up at 5:45 and this is my morning routine.

5 min - slow jelqs with Cocoa butter lotion
5 min - __________ stretches
5 min - SSJ in shower

Any tweaks would be greatly appreciated, I only have about 15-20 in the morning before I work and that's an 11 shift. I spend time with my wife after work.

Hi :)!

Love the cacao butter.
It's usually very easy to get the non-cemented gains back in a relatively short period of time.

Check out the SRT-Thread it has great informations.
Also add in some erect stretches a few times a week and flaccid bundled stretches before each workout.
The bundled stretches only take an additional 5 minutes.
And do RK's during the streches.

Do length before girth.

The best time to do length workout would be right after having an orgasm

Looking at your routine choice I have a few additions and ones you can find in the SRT Thread. SRT is a very in depth routine that has been the Gold Standard for the Brotherhood for much time now. It is constantly evolving and everything written applies to all men here.

•MOSBefore any workout girth or length it is vital to get in 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches as these will prime your penis to allow it to accept much greater elongation and expansion and this is dues to the Tunica being pre-stretched. The Tunica was the single most limiting factor in PE and now we have completely changed that with this simple exercise.

• Expensive Stretches are a must as they bring gains from within the body opposed to the traditional PE of focusing on outward structures. Again this is greatly explained in SRT.

• Erect Stretches need to be done at least 3x a week for 10 minutes. These will help cement and close the notorious "gap" between BPEL and BPFS.

• Practice SRT healing methods. Very simple to do. 1: a cock ring after girth work to keep the expansion around as long as possible and 2: Use your Phallosan, SizeGenetics, PeniMaster Pro or ACE to keep your self elongated at a minimal intensity to help cement length gains and have them heal in an elongated position

•MOSOnce you feel ready Get a BathMate, a SizeGenetics/Phallosan and LengthMaster and take up the entire SRT Program

Exactly brother. Keep on with the manuals they're the best source for right now. Worry about equipment later. Erect stretches are just exactly that, erect stretches. Get your penis erect and do normal stretching.

I made a 2" gain in length and a 1/2" gain in girth before I used any equipment.

Lol, it wasn't verbalized in a negative way at all, she just knew by her hands and mouth, also during sex. Lost roughly 1.25 in length and .75 in girth.

It is coming back very fast though. Penis Memory ftw

Man, these stretches and jelqing is crazy. I'm close to my old size, but he seems a bit thicker. My gosh darn fat pad is hiding atleast 1/2 an inch, maybe more. I need to get rid of that ASAP lol

Takes little time to get back to your size. Once you lose size it becomes easy to get back because the cells there are just not active at the moment but hold up the stretch when you start doing PE again. Yeah bro lets lose that fat pad. Do some fun cardio like playing a basketball, baseball, tennis, doing martial arts, or football. Anything that helps cardiovascular wise but is also fun for you.
 
Wish I had more free time to do fun activities. I work 7:30-6:30 and I'm so tired when I get home. No pain, no gain though right. I need to set my mind to this and go get it !!!!

even 20 mins is better than nothing.weekends can be helpful too if you have some extra time on weekends..
 
I try to stick to 15 min every morning. Slow and steady, I'm in no rush.

I believe with a month of consistent pe, one should be able to get back lost gains especially length wise. Just my opinion though.

I've recently been adding a stretch that is new to me, but probably not to the site. I face my tub and put one leg up on the edge. I'm able to reach under/behind the raised leg and grab my junk and use that leg as leverage. The stretch is intense and my ligs burn and have been sore for a few days, so I'm resting and just lightly jelqing until they feel normalish haha. I also tried this bundled and oh my word is that crazy.
 
Very good stretch and you are correct it is on the forum in a few different places. The thing that is great about this is understanding fulcrums and using the body in doing so. There are many ways to use the body as a means of intensity, exercises like the FootLong Stretches, Tub Stretches, Sink Stretches, etc. In addition, if fulcrum's are your thing definitely check out the PowerAssist exercises, these all can be done with the LengthMaster.
