Hey brothers, it's been a few years since I've been on this site and a few years since I've done PE. The reason I am back is, I've lost a lot of progress I made after getting married and focusing on that part of my life and not my junk. I was hanging around 8nbp x 6 eg at my height of my PE career (haha) and would like to get back to that size. Reason is, my wife has noticed the change in size. She has never made a point that it is bad, just says, you're not as big as you were when we met. It kind of lit the fire to get back into the swing of things. Currently I am 7nbp x 5.25 eg and I'm looking for a good routine (all manual) to get back to that previous size. Sorry for the long post, but it's the story that helps me stay focused.
Currently I wake up at 5:45 and this is my morning routine.
5 min - slow jelqs with Cocoa butter lotion
5 min - __________ stretches
5 min - SSJ in shower
Any tweaks would be greatly appreciated, I only have about 15-20 in the morning before I work and that's an 11 shift. I spend time with my wife after work.
