Hey guys, I'm back!

I've been gone for a while cause of a new job and it definitely wasn't making Penis Enlargement very easy to do. I have to admit being a big procrastinator didn't help either. I would Penis Enlargement for a week and then stop, work and life was being a pain and I couldn't focus. Well long story short I'm an over the road driver now but when I first started Penis Enlargement was impossible because I was running team. Not very easy to crank on your meat 45 minutes a day when someone else is in the truck with you 24 hrs a day.

Well I'm running solo now and I'm starting the newbie routine as of today. I just got done doing my basic stretching and I feel great. When I was doing it before I did each stretch for a full minute for 3 sets and by the second set all that was running through my mind was (Do I really have to do 1 more set of these?). Like I said, Mr. procrasinator. Well I did them for 30 seconds each and 2 sets and I have to admit I feel like I got a better workout. Maybe my mindset was different. Or maybe starting off slow and easy is better.

One thing that's a problem though is I really don't have a way of heating water up for my warm ups and warm downs. I drive for about 9 hrs a day so that gives me plenty of time to kegel. I honestly find these hard to do cause my muscle is so weak I can barely tell i"m doing them. I have to take a 10 hr break by law so that's great for my exercises. Well I need to remeasure to get my starting stats but if I'm correct my BPenis EnlargementL is 7.5 and my EG is 5.5. Will post as soon as I buy a ruler.

If youguys can think of anything that will help keep me motivated in my Penis Enlargement journey I would really appreciate it. I'm really bad at slacking off when it comes to this. When I see my first gains it will help me to keep going.

I'm hoping by 11/16/10 I'll be up to 8 BPenis EnlargementL and maybe 5.75 EG. That would be the best b-day present ever! lol:cool:
 
Welcome back.

To be honest, I believe your expectations may be a bit too high. Since you said yourself that you're starting slow and easy, and that at times you tend to slack off, I think you migh be aiming to high.
Your birthday is less than 4 weeks away, so I'm not too sure you'll be able to reach 8 BPenis EnlargementL by then. Maybe you will, if you choose a more complete routine.
Either way, if you need results to keep you motivated (who doesn't?), maybe you could try and set easier goals.
For instance, I gained 0.15 inches in length in two months, performing a daily routine of 600 jelqs and nothing more. It is a slow progress, but since I'm only doing jelqs, it is good enough for me, and now I have a better idea of what to expect in terms of how fast I can grow.
So try and take baby steps at this. Remeber it does take time, but if you persist you'll get there.

Thanks savage. I just got done jelqing and my penis looks alittle more defined and the veins are showing better. One thing though after a girth session I don't see a temp gain, not even a centimeter. DO I need to do more jelqs? I'm starting with 200 for the first 2 weeks. It looks alittle fuller but the tape measure says other wise.

At what erection level are you when you are jelqing?

I'm trying at 3/4 erection but after acouple of jelqs I have to stop cause i'm up to 100%. I just wait for it to get back to 3/4 and I start again. I'm using a good grip (Nothing too tight) and I can see it filling with blood. After a session my flacid is definitely bigger girth wise but not my erect.

Quick question Mike, what is a safe maz time to do lazy ass stretches a day. Figure might as well make the best of my time while I'm driving.
 
I saw this in another post.

DLD's newbie routine is perfect. Start with low intensity exercises. Dont worry about not feeling ligs yet.
Try the routine consistently for month and you should measure the difference.
*Try to grip your penis a little under the glans.

I have the same problem with not feeling the ligs stretch unless I'm doing the downwards stretch or between the cheeks. And would lazy ass stretches replace manual stretching, or would the both of them work with each other? Any advice would be great. Maybe I'm just thinking about it too much.

As I said, it does take its time. For the first couple of weeks (may be less, may be more) all you'll notice is that, right after a jelqing session, your flacid penis will be about as thick as your normal erect girth. But that will subside about an hour or so later.
The idea is that, in time, it will eventually stop being a temporary thing and those gains will become permanent.

So just keep going at it, and you will get there :) Just give it time. Trust me, it is possible.
 
Well I just got done jelqing and I feel like it was the best session out of the 3 that i've done since I've started. I guess you can say I found my sweet spot. It's about 80-90% erection. I'll do an ok grip at the base and kegel twice everytime to get some blood in. With the other hand ill do a light grip around the head. I can feel how much pressure the blood is forcing with my top hand as my other hand sqeezes up the shaft. I'm using my top hand as a bloob pressure meter to determine which erection level and grip combo produces the most pressure. Will I found it and I have to say once I did I couldn't stop. I did 400 jelqs and my penis looked alot fuller and had a really healthy look to it. I have to say I'm really pleased with tonights session. Cant wait for tomorrow night!

While driving today I did lazy ass stretches for an hr. Felt like I got a really good stretch with those too. Didn't do any manual tonight. Think the LAS was good for today, but will do them in the morning if I don't get a load soon as I wake up.
