Yesterday during stretching part of workout, idea came up to perform __________ stretch, you know grip with overhand grip, twist and pulling up, my idea was to during __________, grip at the base with the other hand, and twist the penis to counter direction of the __________ and pull it down...IT WAS AMAZING, I instantly felt burning inside (not the skin, INSIDE). Tunica was all fucked up and my stretch was 20% longer I can tell you that. Then X30 came to turn, guys...it was incredibly, that dull ache I felt in pump was unbearable but I stood the ground and managed to last 15-20 mins in BM...try it out boys, it's worthy.
 
Ok grab the penis as if it were a __________ stretch,then whit the other hand i twist in the opposite direction n pull the penis down..??

Man if your exercise really works youd give an amazing gift to the brotherhood!!...Gains are the best way to know if those exercises really work....:)
 
Yes, thank God you understood, which means I wrote all correct, so this was my second session of these, pull a __________ up twisted, second hand at base with slight opposite twist and then PULL DOWN sec hand, was really enough burnin in shaft and also the skin (that's what i call collateral damage)
From now on, all my stretches even the basic ones will be bundled, i feel like a total noob for underestimating the teachings of tunica deforming etc. now i must compensate the lost time of damaging the tunica...
 
They are powerful n useful takes time to break the tunica but you can have bundled sessions once finished, you can start the stretchings or any other exercise you have in mind..:)

When Im done with bundles, I switch to regular basic stretches, then hop into BM and tie up the dick with my ring :)
 
That's pretty clever. I am super tired of bundling but this should make for a great stretch in theory. Have you tried doing these in multiple directions?

Well no, cuz I dont have leverage in other directions, only when pulling upwards I get that leverage, was a good call trying this stretch, __________ itself is a good bundled stretch but along with extra twisting in opposite direction and pulling at the base down, it makes super intense stretch for me...I will give this a try for a month and Im gonna keep updates here...

I would say definitely do multiple, even angles to ensure even gains. Great idea!
 
This sounds the same as the thread i made on using two hands to do the mandigo stretch. The only difference is i was grabbing behind the balls and pulling with both hands in one direction.

Tried this and can't do it....maybe im doing it wrong but all i feel is my skin stretching :L

I'm not sure DLD if I can shoot a video and apply an exercise, but I'll try...for now I have something else to share with y'all. :)
This is the aftermath of the motherfucking BM X30 workout, I have to say I just discovered the importance of kegeling while pumping -.- Yeah I know you all know for that trick but I just sometimes don't listen what people are saying (stupid stupid stupid Perestroyka) This is my first BIG BIG expansion since I got BM from MOS, and just to mention, I'm 190 cm tall not short type of man, so you can imagine and compare...If video doesn't work, let me know I'll upload again, no problem. :)

I cant upload a video... What is happening to this site boys? I can barely post, have to struggle a lot and to refresh couple of times so I can be able to post, the box for typing gets grey and I can't select it to type :(

Use a video website that allows for graphic content and upload it there then put the link on here as a video.
