When I created this thread, I didn't know I will get this much advise. I'm shocked with all the info I've read so far. I changed my diet again. I want to list the things I'm eating and I need you guys to tell me if they are good food. Brown rice, beans, egg, oatmeal, water melon, carrot, Apple, peanuts, avocado, vegetables, garlic, ginger and mackerel.
As acromegaly said this is all good stuff. the only thing that sucks is garlic because of bad breath. I like taking a garlic capsule of 2000mg but if you sweat you still smell like garlic, not as bad though. Some other good fish are trout, Atlantic markerel, herring, shrimp, anchovies, sardines, oysters. Just don't eat fish everyday.

Thanks acromegaly and girthgains. In that case, I'm taking fish off the list. What are your thoughts on garlic? I've never taken them before this will be my first time. If I eat the garlic in the evening and then I brush my mouth will my breath still smell garlic?

Fish is good. Its just not supposed to be eaten everyday due to pollution like mercury. I dunno about brushing your teeth if that would get the smell out. But fresh garlic may be more effective than the capsules. As pogzee said garlic is a superfood.

I wouldnt be that afraid of fish. And if you can get it everyday by all means eat it every day :) the rest of the list is fine my friend :)

Your diet is not even bad just cut the cheese. You don't have to limit your meals that much either you can eat throughout the day as long as it's healthy snacks (few almonds or an apple etc). I wouldn't worry about what the scale says you might gain a few pounds if you start lifting

I am lacking big in vegetables so I found a drink to have with my breakfast that gives me all the veggies I need for the day. I changed my breakfast meal to a protein bar along with the drink. Lunch I am going to go with the Sausage & egg (skipping the cheese) and another drink that gives me all the fruit I need for the day. Sinner will remain beef, chicken or seafood, I am very partial towards beef and seafood though. I plan on adding in two snacks a day that are protein based just to keep my metabolism running. I will stock my fridge with fruit, veggies and other healthy snacks. I think I am getting to a good place with diet. Exercise will start soon. I just came back from PT and they gave me some exercises to do to correct an ac injury which are mainly stretching and I will add the HIIT workout to this. I think that much I can handle for now. I will add more as time goes by, I don't want to take on too much too soon.

think 2 to 3 days a week is great. I cant see eating fish everyday is good, as I believe in a variation of foods.More isn't always better. Some fish you should stay away from like tuna for example.

aimingforthetop, Today I stared the HIIT workout and I have to say you were right, those 2 sets kicked my ass and I was out of breath for like an hour:) I do not see how this is possible but I dig it. I have also changed more of my diet. I will be eating 5 protein based meals each day. For breakfast I am going with a Protein bar (30 g protein) and a Fruit pressed juice. For lunch I am doing a portion box that consists of 5 grain flat bread, peanut butter, apple slices, grapes, cheese and hard boiled egg (all portions are small, especially cheese). I will also have a cold pressed vegetable drink with my lunch. Mid-day I will be eating a fruit and nut protein bar with water. Dinner will be beef, chicken or Fish with vegetables. evening snack will be another protein bar with water. I will also keep fruit and vegetables in the fridge to snack on if I get hungry at night (which happens a lot). In addition to this I will be walking to get my dinner, which is about 1 mile back and forth. I am really hoping to see some big changes. I already feel so much better, more awake and aware, more on point and I think this is due to the diet change.

I appreciate all you are doing to help me and I really hope to give you some good news in awhile. I started at 210 and my goal for two months will be 170. Forty pounds may seem like a lot but when my metabolism kicks in I usually drop weight very fast. I will be taking photos tonight and updating them as I progress. I will start a progress thread tomorrow. I am really thinking this could be the diet and exercise routine for [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words], quick and effective.

looks great bro, just be careful with those protien bars they can look healthy but sometimes have alot of sugars and stuff so one a day might be good. the progress photos are a great idea because the scale might say you gain weight even if its muscle but the photos cant lie if you are looking good or not.

hehe ye it does hit you like a train. especially the first time. i have done my share of workouts. this is the only one that manages to give me the taste of blood in my mouth every time i start it up (ye im the maniac that works myself untill i feint during workouts) i have never been the most talented. but i have always been the most stubborn!

everything you do is really good mate. and i love the attitude.

now. remember! this is not a diet! this is a life style change. and too many changes at the same time is gonna make you fuck it up in the long run.

just think back on how many times you have tryed to diet. and then fell back into old habbits?

so please. the key here is not to go all out crazy at once. do it slowly 1 step at the time. for permanent results.

think about making habits. much more than you think about losing weight.

your attitude is spot on. and i can hear in the way your writing that you have the taste of blood (like a shark)

so your going in the right way. but please. do not over do it.

it's like the Penis enlargement commercials. that tries to convince people that you can gain 4 inches in a matter of weeks,

we both know that dedication, consistency and hard work is the key. not some fancy ass miracle pill.

same here :)

yup dediaction is what i am lacking.....

If you lack dedication it is not what you really want.

Sorry you have to ask your self: how much do i want this? And if the answer is: "meeeh!"

Then stop wasting your time.

Or maybe you should reconfigure how much you want it. Under all cimcumstances you should do this for yourself. So find out if you really want it.

And what motivates you?
Getting healthier?
Good looks?
Being able to walk at the age of 60?
Libido?
Tired of looking at yourself with disgust?
Participating in ninja warrior?

But if you cant find a reason. This is not going to happen mate..

How did it make you feel to read that? If it felt like you where set free. Then weightloss is not for you.

If you felt sadness. Then you diffently wanna do the weightloss. So go do it!

When it comes to
Hardwork.
And consistency.

It is actually 2 things you need to workout.

You see most people take it as a thing that just happens (and mostly it doesnt)
And they set them self up to failure.
"I wanna run a marathon in 2 months!"
"I wanna have sixpack in 2 months"

They try and they fail.

And hell. If they succeed.

When the guy is standing with his six pack. He will realize that he has given away too much of his free time and things that made him happy. And he will quit. You have met this guy before. He is the older gyy who tells you:

"Ye i used to be in shape. But it is just not worth it to maintain. Takes away too much of life".

Now this guy night have been able to keep a good physique with half the training he did. But there is only 2 speeds in his world. On/off.

Ease into it.

Or look up compound interest. It is reaæly the same concept
Or let me put it like this.

I ask you to do 1 push up today? You can do that? Good.

Now do 1 more tomorrow.
You can do that? Good.

Now do this for a year. How many can you do?

ALOT!
What is interesting about this is that i have done it with many students. While keeping a tracker on them.
And i have yet to see any of them hitting that magic number where they couldnt do 1 more the next day.

No what happens every time. Is that they simply stop doing it.
You see. They lost their consistency.

I came to realize that changes had to be done. So i set a goal. 50 pushups. And then just maintain that by doing 50 pyshups 3 times a week. This made them feel like that had a success. And the success after months was increased.

It is not your body holding you back i it is the mind.

Its always the mind.

But you need to learb to appreciate the power of consistency. And make it yours!

Penis enlargemen example for you guys.

Guy 1.
He just bought the all night sleeve. The pf the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lm[/words].
He read up on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]srt[/words] method.
And he is starting with a 24/7 workout.
He expects to gain 1 and a half inch in the next three months.

Guy 2.
He has done his research. He knows his routines. He is starting up with the beginners workout.
And is slowly easying into things. By slowly adding a little bit of more tension every workout.

He does his workouts regularly like a time clock.

And his goal is to gain 2 inches in total.
And he is hoping for a 0.2 inch per 3 months.

Now which one of these would you bet on?
