Washing under the foreskin of your penis

thanks both of you, i can thanks to you guys pull it back but only like half of my head is exposed do i have o go further? Also i asked DLD about his Frenulum or what ever. he said he doesn't have one any more, is he alone?

also i took a bottle with a spout on it and filed it with water so i could put it into the hole where i piss and i squzeed water in when i do this my head fills up with water under my foreskin and i swish that around then let it out like i was taking a piss i can only hope this cleans it out.

dose the Frenulum stretch to let your foreskin down or what happens when it stops is that as far as you can go?


any body have any techniques on cleaning? it hurts to use any type of paper or cloth am i just supposed to use the force of water?

I was preety sure you have frenulum breve, but now you say you are getting water into your piss-hole to clean??? I don't understand.

A short frenulum will attacht your ventral front foreskin to near your piss hole, therefire covering part of the underside of your glands in a delta shape.

I always use my fingers to rub and clean around that area, cloth does hurt. Also you might want to pull back the foreskin back as far as your Frenulum will allow you to go, make a half of an O.K grip, with your free hand put your index finger and middle finger on the Frenulum itself, and hold it in the most comfortable futherest back position that you can. Now with your thumb on that same hand go to the topside of the penis and pull that part of the foreskin as far back as you can go, then clean away with your other hand. Hopefully you'll be able to clean all of the aera underneath the foreskin this way.

Though a pic of your foreskin would be most helpful in being able to help you.

Nico that sounds like a bad idea mate,the white stuff is smegma and despite what alot of people think is quite clean,it is a natural moisturiser for the glans and has antibacterial and antiviral properties which keep the penis clean and healthy.

All i would do is when you go in the shower or bath just pull the skin back as far as you comfortably can and gently wash the exsposed head,thats all you need to do.

I was about 11 when i saw a lad at school pull his all the way back to take a pee one day,up till then i had never tried so i went home and tried and couldn't get it back very much at all,i started everyday pulling it a bit further back and it was pretty painful,i even ended up with tiny splits in the end of my foreskin after about a month it just went all the way back,from there i started to just push pull it back and forth and thats how i started to masturbate.

Every day just spend a small amount of time gently pulling it back,do this flaccid,it might be a bit painful but use a bit common sense and you will be fine.

Also when you finally are able to get it all the way back you will find that your head will be very sensitive to the touch,when erect the banjo string or Frenulum will be pulled quite taut when you get the skin all the way back again this is quite normal,i have heard storys of guys snapping the banjo string during rough sex but don't no if its true or not.

i just thought of it my cum and piss and the over all dick has smelled very strong lately i keep it clean on the out side and i will keep it clean on the inside now but is the inside being dirty the reason it smells so strongly :O

Nico, I am not an expert on this but often if the foreskin has not been pulled back there is some growth that takes place. The foreskin actually attaches or it becomes attached somehow. Chi mentioned the Frenulum breve.

"This is the condition in which the frenulum preputii penis, which is an elastic band of tissue under the glans penis that connects to the prepuce (foreskin) and helps contract the prepuce over the glans, is short and restricts the movement of the prepuce. The frenulum should normally be sufficiently long and supple to allow for the full retraction of the prepuce so that it lays smoothly back on the shaft of the erect penis. The frenulum is comparable to the small band between the tongue's lower surface and the lower jaw.

Frenulum breve is often complicated by tearing of the frenulum during sexual activity. Healing is complicated due to the moist condition of the area which restricts healing. The torn frenulum results in healing with scar tissue which is less flexible after the incident causing further difficulties.
The diagnosis of frenulum breve is frequently confounded with that of phimosis (an occurrence as well as phimosis is however possible). I know of men who have not pulled the foreskin back sufficiently and many things can happen. You might want to see a good urologist. Sometimes surgery is necessary. It is minor surgery, often to just release the tension that occurs. I don't mean to make your worry, but if you are 18 and have not pulled your foreskin back before, you won't have an easy time getting the foreskin loose and unconnected if it is attached at all, and pulling the foreskin all the way back might not happen without some difficulty.

Prince Albert said he did this back when he was 11, that is a lot different than 18 years old. Don't be a proud dude, see a good urologist. If your frenulum is short or gives you trouble, you will find out by seeing a doctor. I have a full frenulum and it is very, very erotic. You don't want to lose it. Often the frenulum is taken in circumcision. That is unfortunate. I will post a pic of a full frenulum and the accompanying skin. You don't want to tear or lose your frenulum! So, be careful and be wise. GS

thank you all so much this is really important to me so much so i along with mike am putting together a little kit to help with the cleaning exposing part of foreskin care and it should be together soon
 
Nico, I got to thinking, Often men don't go to the doctor because of embarasment or not knowing what to do or say. When you call the urologist they will ask what you are making the appointment for. You can just tell them straight out, foreskin/frenulum problems. They deal with this all day. When you see the doctor, tell him you have questions about pulling back your foreskin. This is what urologists do, so it is not a big deal for them. As you get older, you are going to have to pull that foreskin back for cleaning often, so best get it fixed. There is nothing more offensive than a foreskin that has urine and other "stinking" stuff under it. You will never get a good "hummer" without a clean penis. GS
 
By the way, my frenuloplasty was a simple straight down cut between foreskin and frenulum, separating them. Stiches were perpendicular. That´s it, so if you need it, it´s nothing to be afraid of.
 
Oh, and I look forward to these devices. I hate my turkey neck and I would love to try a device for this. Good luck with that too.

If people have ideas on ways they would like to fix something or to create something of adjust something let us know if mike and jaz are not around let me know and i will bring it to there attention or fix it myself


but in regards to foreskin tools let me know what you want from them i have a few ideas of my own but i could always use advice

It just hit me.

what you have is phimosis. Most urologists will tell you to get a circumcision, but you probably don´t want that. There are surgical alternatives if you want an easy fix (just don´t get the ugly dorsal slit that leaves skin flaps), and you CAN also stretch your way out. Becouse what you probably have is primary phimosis, there is every reason to believe you can stretch it. Also, you can use topical steriod ointments to help with that. If you use, for example, bethametasone, be carefull becouse it also thins the skin and lower your local defenses, so you can´t use for periods longer than 2 weeks. I would say 2 weeks with that, two weeks without, and so on.

I had, and still have a degree of phimosis. I even made a simpe PVC device to help me stretch it. Worked wonders, in fact too fast and now I have lots of tiny stretch marks on my ex phimotic ring. I also stretch it on every Penis Enlargement session becouse it´s the toughtest (less elastic or almost not elastic) section of my skin, so I need to stretch it before I can gain girth.

In the meantime, DON´T retract it totally as it can get trapped behind your glands choking them. Slowly pull further back on each session. After a while you will be able to use the PVC thing I made. It´s very simple, you just need a 2-3" long PVC tube, a saw and a hose clamp. I´ll send you a pic the idea of it tomorrow, in fact, I will make a new one for me becouse I need it now.

I also have a idea for a turkey neck buster (skin stretcher actually) but it seems you already made these.

Damn man, I'm sorry about your sitiuation man. I've never seen foreskin that tight. What is needed here is for you to stretch the skin of the foreskin witdh wise. Much like an ear lobe stretch in theory.

I would say that you could try to pull your foreskin in front of your glans, and then slowly pull out left and right to stretch the opening of the foreskin. Though this would probably take a lot of time to complete.

A device would be way better.

Yes you would need to be able to pull back futher in order to clean under the foreskin. But don't do it now. Wait until you can get your skin stretched out some.
 
I have gotten it a little further down but i stopped because it started getting harder to pull up so i got scared.

one of the devices i am creating will help with this it should stretch the hole out
 
Whoa Nico...Here is what you must do: Quit worrying about stretching over the glans. Before you can do this you have to stick your finger up the foreskin and stretch it until you can get another finger in and then work it more till you get three fingers in and so forth. Do not, at any cost, do not let them cut the sides of your foreskin. This was mentioned earlier and they called it a flap or something. That would be awful. You can stretch the foreskin, it is very elastic, yours just needs a lot of stretching. So, get with the program and do the stretching. If you need to put a pipe or something in there to hold it for a while, so be it. Just stetch that foreskin. Seems that is your first problem then you need to get over the glans but you never will until the foreskin is stretched enough to get over the glans. If you get a glans my size, you have to have the forskin stetched really big. GS
