The only thing I can think of to do research is to look up the family crest and coat of arms by typing in my last names of both my parents. Your last name Salvini on google says the name comes from the Genoa province. My last name on my fathers side is from a city in Messina and my mothers is from a region in Tuscony where a certain type of oak tree grew in abundence. And great quote by the way I can use that quote for other aspects of life and pe.

When I do finally get the equipment to start my new routine, it will be some fucking nasty hard mindset I need to adapt in order to overcome this length barrier I've had. It shall be digging in, getting the shit done.
