The [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] is for stretching the penis while the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] is for increasing foreskin, if you want to increase foreskin go for the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words].

I was just wanting to find a permanent way to keep my glans sensitive during intercourse.

Are you cut or do you already have foreskin? If you are cut and from what I understand being cut has caused us cut guys glans to basically dry out somewhat and get a little tough and be less sensitive do to being exposed all the time. By increasing the foreskin to cover the glans all the time, in theory , is suppose to keep the glans less dried out and tough thus increasing sensitivity. So the question would be if you want to increase your foreskin for that reason then you would want the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words], if you are wanting a device to help increase length and use as a mod for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] then you would want the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words].

I am cut, but I've read places that the foreskin can sometimes be restrictive (I read this on yahoo answers some guy was having an issue with). Is there some magic potion to keep my glans be always sensitive? Haha.

If the foreskin is too tight it will quickly loosen due to general PE work. The first place the penis changes is in skin stretch and stretching skin is very easy. The [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] would be more for those who want to restore their foreskin.

Okay. I mean I like the way I look circumcised, but I just want to have more sensitivity in my glans permanently.

I don't think sensitivity would increase for a cut man, men who are cut already have the glans exposed so they are getting maximum sensitivity. Uncut men, retracting their foreskin causes a huge increase in sensitivity, almost too much for many.
