Before every PE exercises and in between. Hence why I said I've been doing so many bundles my dick is twisting into tortellini!
 
I do 5-10 min before a workout,and i might do some inbetween the sets,but not always..I don't think bundles should be abused,yeah they stretch the tunica but we don't want to do bundles more than actual active PE,like [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work let's say :) Bundles have their place in every routine but i don't think they should be done 24/7.Even the good things,if you abuse them and do two much of everything,it can lead to negative consequences.

I think 10 min , before , and a 1-2 minutes inbetween the sets is more than enough..Erect tunica stretching is important too,i started to do the erect bundles exercise ( forgot the name) and it feels good. :)
