Been wanting to ask this question for a while, but finally have the time to post it. My routine is simple: get in 10+hrs. a week of hanging with a bib, followed by 10-15 minutes of jelqing. Results are good. However, I do not believe I reach my full potential every time I get an erection. Case in point, my mid-girth is measured around 4.75in. on an average basis, but I do believe to be bigger then that. Several years ago, I was feeling pretty frisky 1 night, and was getting a very strong erection. I don't know how, but I became much harder, thicker, and bigger then I ever was. I was ridiculously huge. Unfortunately, not only did I not measure my size that time, but I was never able to get to that peak again....until 4 weeks ago. I was relaxing 1 Friday evening, and started to get horny. Now, I wasn't masturbating, I just let the erection build up in my Pjs. Finally, when I pulled it out, it looked liked that monster I had years ago. I was excited. So, I quickly got my measuring tape, and measured my girth. 6.5in. mid-girth, with a 7in. base girth. (I didn't measured my length, just focusing on girth at that time). Since then, I was unable to get back to that size.
I tried making observations, such as how times I "released" that week, how much water I drank during the week, how much stimulation I injested, etc. Here are some details below:
- First off, I typically release once a week. I'm not seeing a chick at the time, so i'm not that sexually active. In fact, I kinda feel dirty masturbating so I try not to do it that often, lol. I only release once a week because after 4-5 days, I get insanely horny and "take care of my self" so I can have a clear mind afterwards. However, the weeks before I achieved that 6.5in mid-girth, I was releasing 2-3x a week. There was 1 day where I even came 7 times. Yes, 7. After the first 4 orgasms, I was still horny but my parents came home, so I decided to stop. But, considering how horny I was, I went to the bathroom, and did it 3 more times.
- I was wearing a cockring. I started wearing cockring(s) since Jan., to see any noticeable differences with my sizes. While the cockrings slightly improved my erection quality ever time I got hard, and enhanced my orgasms 10 fold, they never really gave me that monster girth I got those 2 times (Again, first time was a couple of years ago, and the second time was 4 weeks ago). But, I happened to have been wearing a cockring that night (the second time I achieved the 6.fin mid-girth).
- I also started to drink a lot of water. I've been working out for over a decade, so my nutrition is sound, but I started to drink between 1.5-2 gallons a day. I'm not sure if this attributed to my monster girth that day, but I started to drink that much 1-2 weeks prior to getting that monster girth
- I do consume stimulants. I take a pre-workout (jack3d), and take caffeine pills instead of drinking coffee (hate coffee). I know too much stimulant consumption can limit penis size, so I'm always careful on how much caffeine I take.
- Also, I weight between 6-12+hrs. to cum after I hang. I don't want to screw up any chances of gains, so I wait a while before I want to get dirty. I remember on both accounts of getting that monster girth, it was well passed 12+hrs. after hanging that I got the monster erection. However, I want to point out that most of the time, I do wait close to, or atleast 12hrs. after hanging to cum. So, i'm not sure if time plays a factor
So, guys....this is my dilemma. I know I'm never my true potential every time I sport an erection, but do you guys know of any way of achieving that true potential size? That'll of course be very helpful when I do start dating someone.
I remember reading a comment by Dash in the "Hardcore Hanging" sticky, and he mentioned that the more frequent erections/orgasms he gets weekly, the girthier his dick as gotten. After my second time of being a monster, I kind of fell back and began releasing only once a week. Maybe I should cum more often on a weekly basis? I believe he made a good point: The less you use it, the more prone it will be to atrophy.
