Seems like I (have been for probably two years) go through a cycle (very short actually) of training, then fairly easily over train.
I have tried manual, Bib Hanger, vac-hanger.
Now I use a cock ring that seems to create soreness, so I would call it training. Especially since I didn't do anything for almost a month because of not getting the best erections that I could have been getting.
So, I would call the cock ring a training tool, like a minor version of clamping, [thread=32124]as I said here[/thread].
Anyway, what I am wondering is, should I just take a real break (defined as 3 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words], right) or continue on this cycle. I have only added 1/8" over the past 2 yrs probably and that was with the off and on training, of training for a bit (was in a relationship and could only train sometimes), then over do it a little, then have to take time off. Sometimes the off time is a few days, wks or a month, or so.
The 1/8" L gain was noticed on 4/25/07, with no gains since.
What should I do? Advice, please.
edit: I am thinking of adding pumping (I already have one, surprise, since I have done most of the major things) to the cock ring routine. I also use the vac-hanger still.
I am thinking that pumping could get me through the not so good erections (and add to stress in a more gentle way, if not over done), since it is an erection aid.
Anyway, seeking advice. Bib's approach to just soldier on, doesn't seem to work for me. I just get a massive case of limp dick. But I don't know if I am doing enough. What I really need is to find the middle ground.
