Been super consistent with pe exercises
Mostly daily:
LM stretches
DLD stretches
Hanging. 3*15 mins.7.5 lbs
Sizegenetkcs at 1-3 hours. Figured out a nice way to secure glands without going super tight to prevent loss of circulation.
Usng silisleeves everyday. Someget stretched out fast so I make variations of cut pieces to get what I need. Only issue is keeping them in place at the gym.
Now trying hanging 20 mins at 10 lbs and plan to go higher next week. I'm still learning how to do the silistretcher without getting the glands engourged from the suction. I'm following everything to a tee but its unavoidable at the moment
I haven't used my mityvac yet because of an edema around my glands. It's calming down but want it fully healed.
I definitely notice flaccid length gains and erection gains. Here is a new measurement!!
