I've been lurking on this sight for a LONG time (like, 2 years maybe?) and I've finally made the commitment to start a consistent PE journey. I was way to distracted in college, but now I've graduated and have even been offered my first real job, which means that I'll have money of my own to go towards PE. I'll be posting daily, and pictures every month.

Background:

Evening (Length work):

There are some things that need to be read a few times to stick. There are some books I will read over and over to gain a better understanding. That is a very smart move. This is the truth, members who come daily and keep an account of their training and progress gains faster than most men and stick with PE much longer than their counterparts. I'm trying to get more of a mind-muscle connection with the Reverse Kegels...I've been practicing by just doing random ones throughout the day, and my forcing my stream as hard as I can when I pee (as a result, I pee very loudly now lol). You know, I'm really glad I entitled this log 'The Grind.' Throughout life, I've been pretty happy with my 'stats'; i.e, skin complexion, penis sick, intelligence, and physique in particular.
However, recently I've been humbled in each and every one of these categories. Sounds like me! When I used to drive to work it was a 20 minute drive and I would Kegel the whole way. Eventually, I started to kegel the whole day long...it became a subconscious habit.

DLD, are your erections weaker after a day of exhausting the PE muscles? Subconsciously, I avoid girth sessions after a day of hard kegeling, but if there's no reason to worry about this then...

If you are going hard you will lose eq because the muscles that support the erection are exhausted. This will lessen as you become stronger and gain more endurance. When the muscles are exhausted there is no better time to stretch for length.

I plan on measuring every 30 days; unfortunately for this time around, I've been inconsistent with my schedule so the gains might be minimal. But it's ok!

Newbie Gains can be incredible! I am glad you have reaped them in such a quick time. As things slow do not become discouraged, add more intensity an change up the routine. Sometimes men get discouraged when the honeymoon ends, don't let that stop you as gains will never stop, they will only slow.

I would like to see these numbers increase greatly. I'm just as concerned as flaccid appearance as my erect stats.

Praise the Lord! I am so proud of my Brothers who are doing this!

Bodybuilding is a lot like PE, even though we are not dealing with muscles (aside from the PFM). The similarities, with my routines, are super sets and circuit training. These apply as they do in the gym. I also think the correlation or changing things up, keeping the muscles (or penis) guessing is smart.
 
The Good:
Every time I went to the bathroom today, I did 3-4 mins of intense stretching, bundled stretching included. Since I drink a lot of water, this happened quite frequently. I notice that my penis doesn't feel "tight" when I incorporate bundled stretches throughout the day.

The Bad:
I tried a girth session w/o adult entertainment. A total trainwreck. Not only was my dick unnaturally sensitive (I felt like I was constantly going to cum from just jelqing), but I could hardly keep an erection, and it kept turtling. This was a heavy blow for my morale...I've haven't felt that depressed about my penis in a long time. I might need to re-evaluate adult entertainment watching, masturbation, edging, and girth sessions. I want to maximize libido and EQ, while keeping desensitization and adult entertainment watching to a minimum. I don't think total abstinence is the solution for me personally. I'm 22, and refuse depend on a drug to provide solid erections - that's just not natural. So I'll be experimenting where my 'sweet spot' is when it comes to all these factors listed above.

Missed my manual length session today, but did stretching all day today whenever I used to restroom (totaling around 15 minutes)

Very good advice. I think that at some point in the pumping routine the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] will need more vacuum to continue to bring consistent results so eventually you will definitely want the Wine-Vac.

You should buy a piece of equipment and you will get a free membership to the Members Video Site, this will help you see the exercises in action.

You want to work as close to erect as possible. I replied in another thread with some directions.
 
I did Kegels all day. And I mean ALL DAY. The muscles were probably 75% exhausted by the end of the day. Other than that, I did bathroom stretches throughout the day, and stay in my gel sleeve when possible.

In my opinion, the pelvic floor muscle is like any other muscle. Close your eyes, and flex any muscle you are familiar with (i.e, your bicep). Remember how it feel to consciously flex that muscle. I envision an imaginary 'link' when I try to connect to a muscle like this. Now starting off, if you close your eyes and try to 'find' your pelvic floor muscles, it might be a little awkward. Sort of like trying to wiggle your ears for the first time. What helped me strengthen the 'link' of these muscle was using the bathroom. When you are peeing, try and stop your stream. You essentially just performed a kegel. Now try and release your stream as fast/hard as you can. Now you just performed a reverse kegel essentially. As these muscles strengthen, you will be able to see your testicles move when you perform either a kegel or reverse kegel.

And I far as how I know if the muscle is exhausted...I guess it's just mind muscle connection. I know my body extremely well, and I can tell when I've exhausted a muscle. I'll say a muscle is 'exhausted' if I can't flex it for long, or it just feels overly tired when I try to do an exercise. The same principle applies to pelvic floor muscles. When I can't hold a kegel for long, I know the muscle is exhausted. Hope this helped!

Kegels are very simple to understand, they are the same muscle contraction you use when you stop the flow of urine. The Pelvic Floor Muscles span from the anus all the way to the abs. So many muscles are engaged. If you exsperince fatigue due to this be sure to take advantage of that fatigue and do some flaccid stretching, no better time to stretch than when the penis is in a state of exhaustion.
 
Good news and bad news!

To combat turtling, it helps you stay close to your flaccid stretched length while you're in it. Some of the devices people mention here do a better job of doing this, but it's what I'm using now because it's cost effective. And I got it from a link on this forum...I'll try to find it again later
