I would like to postpone everything I said in my last post.
I have an emergency: I can't get hard.
Well I sort of can, but it's a 70% erection at best, and goes away very rapidly. I stopped using Viagra. Red flags everywhere when I took it and couldn't even get hard before sex.
Viagra was masking a much deeper issue, giving me a false sense of security. Now without it, I realize just how serious this is. I can't do the

Bathmate[/words] take like 2 minutes. This needs to change. Now. A lot of factors may contribute to this result (not taking Viagra anymore, lack of going to the gym, lack of Kegel volume)
I have about 1.5 months till I kind of planned on having sex again. I need to have consistent, 100% erections before then.
Thus, my Rehabilitation Routine:
For 1 week:
Morning (while PE muscles are fresh)
20 mins Edge with Kegels. I won't kegel at the PONR, right before I reach it, I let myself come down from it. Will not ejaculate.
All Day (passive Kegels)
Bathroom Stretches
Cardio after Gym (except after leg day). If I don't make it to the gym, I'll do a 20-30 min run outside my apartment.
Night (5-10 mins intense Kegels or until exhaustion)
After this week ends, I'll add Jelqing back to the routine. After that, I'll gauge my progress to see if I'm ready to add the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]
