It did wonders for me, I wish I had a stomach before pictures but everyone knows how fat I was, maybe Jaz has some but when I lost the weight and did this exercise it seemed like the fat was just falling off my fatpad.
 
thank god I looked at your posts lol. i got a big belly i'm trying to shave and was always like shit how am I goin to get rid of that pad, thx 4 ever lol

It is amazing how when you lose weight your penis gets more length.

I'm seeing kegels alone knocking my fat pad down. Granted it's 2+ hours non stop 5 days a week for the past two weeks, but I do notice a tendency for my lower abdominal muscles to get involved enough to feel a burn. Kegels can do it if you hit them hard and long enough.
