Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds


Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds


Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds

Jelqing

For first week - 200 2 Second Wet Jelqs

After 1 week - 500 2 Second Wet Jelqs

Constriction

5 Sets of Clamped Wall Presses at 20 seconds each.

All-day engorgement from wearing Hardwear (with clip at home, without clip elsewhere).

Pumping

While fully erect and clamped, use the mushroom head cylinder for 10-12 minutes.

Exercise

Kegels all throughout the day with at least 100 quick-squeeze after the initial work-out and 25 5-second squeezes.

100 flexes of whatever muscle (group) I've been flexing, directly over and around the fat-pad.



A few things to take note of:
I've been into Penis Enlargement off and on since I was 17, with no results because I never stuck to it.
I'm a supplement junkie, so I'm pretty keen on what to use. Though, I'll be more than happy to hear you supplement suggestions.
I have a bad case of Turkey-neck. It makes jelqing very annoying.

I'd REALLY appreciate some tips and suggestions on helping me reach my goals.

Day 5 and going well. Today I FINALLY started FEELING the stretches. Yesterday, I took a day off (not intentionaly, but I couldn't stay awake... slept 11 hours after work!) so my body recovered. My problem with stretches, prior, was that I never felt anything.

Anyways, I'm in the middle of my session now! Time to jelq. :)
 
Any way to prevent my turkey neck from getting caught when I jelq? It's a big problem for me with trying to jelq properly.

Has anyone used a power-jelq or home-made jelq device? What input can you give on those? I'd like to make my own but I want to be sure it's worth it.

Also, not many are really saying anything in my post... nothing about the picture and more important, no suggestions or comments.

Get a leather ball stretcher for the turkey neck problem. I made my own power jelq device out of Mirro canning tongs and some pre-glued insulation foam. As far as your pics, you have a very nice size. Do you like bottoming? Because with a size like that you could be topping all the time (from what little I know of the gay community).
 
I find it extremely hard to stick to a routine when going through bouts of depression. -.-

Anyways, I looked all over my town (Home Depot, Canning section of Super Markets, Lowes, Drug stores) and couldn't find Mirro jar tongs anywwhere. I had wanted to make a jelq device for myself with no luck.
 
i usually use a hair scrunchi and wrap it around...it usually keeps the extra skin in place...you have to readjust a few times though..and it is hard to keep to a routine without depression i can only imagine what that would do to you when you want to exercise...good luck
