If i have already exhausted all of my inner penis length is there no point getting lengthing surgery because there is nothing more to pull out?

There is no "lengthening" surgery (yet). All the "barbers" do is cut suspensory ligaments. Making your penis "bigger" does not require exposing "internal" penis. (Though it helps )

Make your penis bigger by adding cells through mitosis. Cause enough separation between helixes, mitosis occurs, new cells are "created". Keep creating these and you penis will "grow". And there is no theoretical limit to how many cells that you can create over time. No surgery, just continued Penis Enlargement

I wouldn't know, because I do not know how you have gained so nicely already, but I would say that surgery is, in my humble opinion, a bad idea. If you have already made significant gains with "expressive stretching" (I am assuming you know what that is) or if you have already spent a decent amount of time "stretching" your ligaments, then surgery is definitely a bad idea and a waste of money. (Not to mention taking on risk for the possibility of very little gain.) Even in ideal situations, penis lengthening does little more than add what can be achieved with a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device in about a year. And that is only the case for someone with significantly "short" or "tight" ligaments to begin with. If you are already a practicing Penis Enlargementer, than I cannot see how you would be a candidate who would see any significant gain from such a "procedure". You would probably gain just as much from doing just the post-op hanging and stretching without letting the kooks cut you.

Again, because I see my fellow Penis Enlargementers as Brothers, I would reiterate that there is no limit to how many cells that you can add to your penis with force and duration. Leave the scalpels to the greedy barbers who are ignorant to the wonders of Penis Enlargement. Just my opinion...

Well i want to do Penoscrotal webbing surgery,at the same time the surgeon can do the ligament cutting they use a laser for the ligament surgery which wont change my erection angle and be less recovery time this guy has done over 300 operations without any bad results.

During this period the patient is given manual exercises and weights/extenders and other devices to stretch the penis while it heals.

Surgery is waste of money. You are a living proof that natural PE works. No need to risk damaging the penis by going for surgery.

Surgery will only give you 1/4 to 1/2 inch and that can be gained easily with a lenghtmaster. The lengthmaster gives steady growth and most people gain from 1 to 3 inches. The funny thing is after surgery they send you home with pe equipment that costs more than 1000 dollars This simply shows surgery does not give you the growth you desire.
