My routine will consist of a combination of SRT Techniques developed by DLD and Supra's Slammer Guide. I believe any penis has the ability to gain in both areas, no matter how significant.

Along with Supra's girth guide that I will be incorporating later on, I believe I can reach my goals fairly easy and quickly.

I am astonished by the level of science and thought that is put into this practice and I'm glad I've finally found it.

I also have an idea for a shoulder harness/strap that will constantly pull your flaccid shaft backwards in order to give a
different stretch and increase girth. More info later.

that I have stretched out to allow for a 30-45%
engorgement at all times when I do not have UJSM on

5:00 AM.......................Morning Warm up Stretch (72 Reps total + 75 Rotary Cranks)
5:30 AM.......................DLD Blasters 30 sec x 3
6:00 AM
to................................Masturbate (w/ DiabetiDerm cream & edge if desired for increased gains) & remove cock strap
6:30 AM
6:30 AM.......................Massage in hydrocortisone cream and wrap with UJSM
remove UJSM and stretch exercise and reapply for every 1 or 2 hours for 8 hours
2:30 PM.......................Maintain 20-25% erection and put on cock strap and attach [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] with [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words] with slight to medium tension

Excellent research Snow! Nothing I like more than a new Brother being proactive in his training. Many ask questions without researching first. All the knowledge is out there when you dig and you will find other goodies along the way. This forum is a vast library of every conceivable way to gain size. I do not mind the questions as I know things can be overwhelming in the beginning but it does impress me when someone really does their research.
