Hey DLD I attached a couple of photos of the injury I am dealing with for some advice hopefully. It's hard to tell, but there is some swelling on the right side. There is a heck of a vein which I circled in red. You can't tell as much in the pic, but it was never there before. Now its just... big and you can push it and it moves under the skin. It's not necessarily "hard", I would just say definitely swollen. There isn't too much pain, maybe a dull ache every now and again. Not really painful to the touch or anything. I've been off 4 days now and swelling appears to have gone done on the penis itself. Vein still plenty enlarged. Will resume manual stretching tomorrow. I am doing hot/cold dunks, ordered some hirudoid cream as well. Doing some light masturbation just massaging the tip of my penis away from affected area to get blood flowing. Please embed pics if possible for all to see in the future. Also please note at no time did I experience pain or anything during a girth session that signaled onset of any injury. The only thing I did experience was some feeling when gripping my base doing ULIs and SSJs where it felt like a bruise where I formed a ring and squeezed down with my pointer finger and thumb to pinch off to perform the exercise.

That just looks like greater vascularity, something that happens to everyone in PE. Veins will start to bulge more and more as they become able to hold more blood. And just like the penis expands so does the veins. As long as a bulging vein is not hard or painful then it is simply part of the gaining process.

I am sorry my brothers I hoped to get some pics to motivate everyone but EQ was just... crappy. I am happy to report a 1/8" length BPEL gain since late August and a 3/8" length gain in BPFSL. Current stats for September as follows

BPFSL - 7 3/8" (+3/8" for September)
MSEG - 5.1ish" (+.1 for September)

Great news that the vein has gone down substantially the last 2 days. I can't wait to get my leech oil and hirudoid creams as well. It should help prevent this from ever happening again and make sure I'm 100% healed. I had to say for a couple of days I was actually borderline depressed over this. Because dick size to me after all my study has proven to be something that's controllable. And this injury left me unable to control that anymore. Plus I am getting addicted to pulling my dick!
 
Back at it today! No girth, but got a good stretch in throughout the day. 1 of each of the "Newbie stretches" for 15 seconds in the morning, again for 15 seconds in the afternoon, then 30 seconds in the evening. Trying to ease my way back into it. Also got my hirudoid cream today which I am excited to start applying to aid in healing of veins and my dick overall. Also was able to get a couple of pics for motivation! New BPFSL pics and erect girth pics. Cannot seem to get BPEL pics that are anything near accurate because I lose my stiffy messing around with the camera. I will hold off on posting these until I figure out a better way to take them, however I am just a hair under 6 7/8". DLD if you could, can you please embed these? I like when they are embedded for all to see when scrolling through :)

Very strange because after a 5 day break it was almost not noticeable, so I started again with some manual stretches. Monday was fine, but yesterday I noticed it popped back up a bit and had some discomfort on my right side while stretching. I guess it's back to hot/cold dunks and hirudoid cream. These things do heal 100% right??

Yes they heal 100% but are you sure this is an injury? It may be a vein that has become flushed with a bigger blood supply causing it to bulge.

I thought the same thing, but pretty sure it's some thrombosis. I took last weekend off and it went down to practically nothing. Then I started manual stretching again and had some discomfort on my right side, right where the vein popped up. I never had this before, and after stretching the vein swelled again. I'm gonna give it this weekend off and reasses. If it's still there I'll probably just try and work through it but be extra cautious. If it's gone down, I'll probably give it another few days in an attempt to fully heal. It's frustrating not knowing for sure, and not being able to stretch! What I do know is there is some discomfort there, so I'm going to give it some time.

It is, however it is back down again. I was out this weekend on a trip and took a break. I'm beginning to wonder if this may be a lymph vessel issue as well. I keep applying hirudoid cream and massaging it appears to be helping a bit, which leads me to believe lymph over thrombosed vein. It is causing my whole dick to curve to the left, so a bit of swelling on the right or something. It's gotten much better though so I'm going to sit this week out again and see how it looks. Right now it's just a small cord-like vein/wire on the right side. Before it was more visibly swollen and a bigger cord. Also have all the essential oils on the way to make Eroset's oil. Leech oil on the way too. I must say I hate sitting out. This is just lost time where I can be making gains... I am trying to keep my head on straight and think of ways to better prepare for the future and be more careful as to never have this happen again!
 
Still sounds like Thrombosis to me but that makes little difference, you are improving with the therapy you are using so keep it going until fully healed. Wire, hard, chord like veins are usually Thrombosis.
 
Been applying Hirudoid cream religiously every night, and Erosets oil concoction during the day 4-5 times. Swelling has gone down nicely on the vein. Still a small, hard wire that is thin but runs through. Any idea on the healing phases of these? Is it just wake up one morning and it's gone? Or does it gradually shrink and loosen up?

Back at it today with a set of light tugs. I will continue tomorrow and this week to ease back in, trying some lighter manual stretches and seeing how the right side of my dick reacts. Really hoping for no pain so I can continue the gain train I started :)

Ease in, take you time and be extra cautious, it would be awful to start again only to stop again.
 
Exactly my thoughts. Frustrated today because I was doing some moderate stretching and could feel it on the right side again. It's just this tightness/discomfort. It's not a sharp pain, almost like a dull pain. I'm not sure what it is, how it happened, or how to make it go away other than to keep applying Hirudoid, oils, and hot/cold dunks with rest. Frustrating to say the least because I know I can gain, I just need to be healthy to do it!

I will try everything and anything. I'm all about health. Going forward I plan to implement this "chemical" PE full time even when 100% healthy. Leech oil or erasers during the day and hirudoid before sleep. Help me heal after some intense exercises. I am stretching moderately throughout the day and feeling decent. Hoping a week or 2 out from full intensity.

Is it possibly an ingrown hair? I had one early on and thought it was thrombosis. After i found out what it was i lanced it... Now i have a scar there.

RR, just read your thread and you have been killing it. I read about the leech oil and hirudoid cream and was wondering if these are for injuries only or do they serve another purpose. Hope you get your injury taken care so you can get back to your routines

Mainly for discoloration but we do not have conclusive evidence of this yet. I am really hoping RR04 can give us some.
 
It's not a problem for clothes. I don't put it on that heavy and rub it in so it's not running or anything like that. As far as hirudoid and leech oil go... I think their purpose can be great to aid you in PE. Read on hirudoid and you will find it helps to dissolve clots, bruises, and aids in healing of collagenious tissue. We have a lot of that in our dicks. So anything that can aid in healing and blood flow is something I'm interested in using. Everyone has different budgets. As far as my injury, I'm positive it's not an ingrown hair. There is no visible affects on the surface. I've read thrombosis can appear red on surface. I really can't figure out if it's thrombosis or a lymph vessel. I do have the "beads" that run along the vein/vessel that some talk about with lymph vessel issues. All I know is it's hard and I have never noticed it before. It's swollen... I'm doing some light stretching but still feel the tightness/discomfort on that right side so I don't know what it is :( good news is during my stretching today I took my BPFSL measurements again and haven't lost anything. Girth gains still there as well. Just need to heal up!
 
i read topical creams only affect the skin, that they don't actually penetrate to reach membranes underneath the skin, so stuff like clots and bruises is a vein or muscle issue which is internal and topical cream may have no power with that

have u tried massaging the area away from its site to disperse the issue?
 
I have not. I do some light massaging on the area itself. Have you looked at hirudoid cream? Studies have actually show for it to improve clot dispersion, thrombosis, hematoma, etc. You can't even get it OTC in the states. You have to buy it on eBay or from one of those foreign pharmacy sites.

It could be one side of the ligament is longer than the other. It may be one of the Spermatic Chords (one on each side) or other internal structures. I would go with the ligament since this is where most men find the issue. To correct you will need to put more intensity into the side that is shorter.
 
Went out and bought a couple of golf gloves, a right and left hand. I think this is my new fave grip method. Provides a little bit of cushion to take some stress off my dick and has good grip.

Golf gloves are an excellent way to increase grip and lessen slippage. Latex and rubber gloves will help also. The biggest issue men face with length work is getting a good enough grip to make gains happen. Two other ways that help with grip are using a few wraps of toilet paper and grip from there, or make a paste from baby powder a bit of water and apply to penis, this helps too.

I just don't come on here as often sometimes because of work, running a business, etc. I got introduced to the theraband tonight :) and I like it a lot. I am going to give it a few more sessions for a proper judgement, but so far so good. Grip is super intense. Still get some inflammation near my glans... Probably from gripping so hard to pull so hard. Oh ya, I had my first lig pop a few nights ago. That was scary. I stopped and nearly shit my pants. Luckily no pain :)

Lig pops can be a very scary thing. so many men think that they have broken their dicks when this happens :) like they have caused permanent damage. Nope, nothing dangerous at all, simply air trapped at the ligament against the pubic bone, when pulled hard enough you will hear a 'pop'. This is identical to cracking your knuckles.

Air gets trapped between the ligament and the pubic bone, when pulled away it releases the air and an audible pop is heard. It is identical to cracking your knuckles.
