Thank you! I am actually working on some PE research and am applying it through my routine. I will look at your challenge as well. I must say though PE is making a remarkable difference and it's only been a couple months in. The EQ and my ability to last longer when having sex has been incredible. Super surprised by the 1/8" girth gained already and looking forward to adding inches in length.

On a side note this weekend has largely been off due to traveling and lots of sex. Definitely seeing the benefits mentioned above. Still got some manual stretching in, pee tugs and even a pretty solid girth session in on Friday!

1/8" increase in girth is awesome bro keep it up. With your consistency you can't loose bro, look at NerdSince92 he does a fairly light workout but he is so damn consistent.

Very big increase indeed. I wish we still had that volume calculator, I have no clue where the thread went. The reason I mention this is 1/8" will be a great deal of volume gained and when seen this way it puts girth gains into proper perspective.
 
DLD it wouldn't be that hard to make a quick little excel formula/spreadsheet with the volume calc. Not sure how you could embed it or work it. Maybe need its own separate URL.

Also I need to find the time between my day job, running a business, PE, and working out to write a nice thread with graphs and all. No worries, I will most definitely do this in the future as I think this is a PE game changer!

Man good manual stretching today but getting sick and was extremely weak so unable to get evening routine in. Hopefully I'll be able to get back at it well rested tomorrow

Already back at it today with a decent day. Morning stretch, an afternoon stretch and a typical evening session with stretch and 30 mins of jelqing/manual girth work. Tomorrow should be back to full strength. Just a little cold from traveling, pounding the vitamin C!
 
Solid routine today. I couldn't believe it and don't know if it's because I took he measurement post warmup and halfway through my manual stretch routine or what... but solid 7.25"+ stretch. Excited to see what official measurements bring end of month and this is great motivation! Finished with another girth session, 250 jelqs and 10 mins ULI/SSJ supersetted.

Dude I like the routine. I really like the idea of using multiple stretches pre day and also like how you use 15 seconds in the first half and 30 in the second. Seems like your killing it man keep up the hard work.

I love the heating pad for healing lately Ive been using it to warm up and warm down, barely ever wrap with an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace[/words] any more, using the heating pad at the highest setting I am able to keep the flacid length to almost max without needing to do the wrap/unwrap etc and it is so comfortable.

Haha I started with a heating pad. I'm a big believer. I have one of those ones you pop in the microwave, with the beads in them. It creates a moiste heat and is quite pleasant. Heating will allow you to reach the plastic region on the stress-strain curve easier, which is what is required to deform and create gains. My nerd side and research coming out there, but ya. It's great!

Yeap you don't have to convince me lol I am a huge believer in the heating pad. Other guys on here also use rice in sock and heat it up. I lake the heating pad because it is stable heat and don't have to worry about it cooling down etc.

Only length again today as I'm sick again. Very weak and tired, must be become I'm traveling and caught another solid cold. Hoping to get a lot of rest and hop back on the full routine full force tomorrow. My stretches have been insane, along with intense pee tugs during the day. My flaccid looks and feels huge!

Fuaaarrrckk I put the cockring setup as always on after the girth session and just felt like the expansion was mega. I decided to measure that bad boy and was at over 5.25". Last girth measurement came about 4 weeks ago at 5". That's some nice expansion! Hopeful that results and gains will follow :)

Hey DLD I attached a couple of photos of the injury I am dealing with for some advice hopefully. It's hard to tell, but there is some swelling on the right side. There is a heck of a vein which I circled in red. You can't tell as much in the pic, but it was never there before. Now its just... big and you can push it and it moves under the skin. It's not necessarily "hard", I would just say definitely swollen. There isn't too much pain, maybe a dull ache every now and again. Not really painful to the touch or anything. I've been off 4 days now and swelling appears to have gone done on the penis itself. Vein still plenty enlarged. Will resume manual stretching tomorrow. I am doing hot/cold dunks, ordered some hirudoid cream as well. Doing some light masturbation just massaging the tip of my penis away from affected area to get blood flowing. Please embed pics if possible for all to see in the future. Also please note at no time did I experience pain or anything during a girth session that signaled onset of any injury. The only thing I did experience was some feeling when gripping my base doing ULIs and SSJs where it felt like a bruise where I formed a ring and squeezed down with my pointer finger and thumb to pinch off to perform the exercise.

Dick is a little sore, especially when stretching so I think I'm going to take the weekend off. It is just about measuring time for me and I couldn't help but take the ruler out a day or two early yesterday, and saw awesome results. I will try and get pictures tonight, but I saw a .25" length increase in a month's time where I was only about 80% consistent due to travel. Bad news is... I think I thrombosed a vein on the right side there. See pics and let me know what you think. Keep in mind my dick is usually 90% straight with a slight left lean, and it looks like there is some swelling on the right side where the vein is possibly thrombosed as well. Any opinions greatly appreciated!

Hey DLD I attached a couple of photos of the injury I am dealing with for some advice hopefully. It's hard to tell, but there is some swelling on the right side. There is a heck of a vein which I circled in red. You can't tell as much in the pic, but it was never there before. Now its just... big and you can push it and it moves under the skin. It's not necessarily "hard", I would just say definitely swollen. There isn't too much pain, maybe a dull ache every now and again. Not really painful to the touch or anything. I've been off 4 days now and swelling appears to have gone done on the penis itself. Vein still plenty enlarged. Will resume manual stretching tomorrow. I am doing hot/cold dunks, ordered some hirudoid cream as well. Doing some light masturbation just massaging the tip of my penis away from affected area to get blood flowing. Please embed pics if possible for all to see in the future. Also please note at no time did I experience pain or anything during a girth session that signaled onset of any injury. The only thing I did experience was some feeling when gripping my base doing ULIs and SSJs where it felt like a bruise where I formed a ring and squeezed down with my pointer finger and thumb to pinch off to perform the exercise.
