Hey all! I have been lurking on the site now for quite some time. Love the content and have always been interested in PE. I have been on and off for a couple years now, nothing serious outside of some light stretching and jelqing. I know first hand it works because I've seen minor gains and better EQ in the past. Now, I am ready to take things to the next level... I've been reading the forums more than ever and gaining as much knowledge as possible. Starting stats as follows:

BPFL - 4.75"
BPFSL - 7.2"
Flaccid Girth - 4"
BPEL - 6.75"
MSEG - 4.8"
Base EG - 5"

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds

Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds

I plan on doing this for a couple of weeks and want to get more serious with some equipment. Next steps include researching more and implementing SSJs, cockring, and continuing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s Wrapping. I eventually hope to do stretching routine in the morning, wrap for a couple hours at work, then in the evening do some pumping and jelq work (5X5X3) and end with a cock ring for a couple hours. That gives me a length workout in the morning, and girth in the evening.

I am a believer in recovery methods and "state" and found it fascinating reading DLD's comments in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] thread. I can personally attest and tell the difference. I often wear tight briefs to work under slacks, and this DOES make a difference. I am aiming to do away with underwear altogether, especially under work clothes, and implement [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s and cockring after respective workouts. Thanks DLD! I wanted to add that my initial goal will be an 8X6 erect length. Looking to gain flaccid too obviously which will come as a result. Killer workout today following the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I wanted to ask since I read in another post that you had [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] usage after jelqing in a routine. When I up my routine, which should be done first (within the same session)? I was under the assumption that a good 5-10 minute pump followed by jelqing would be best. Or would pumping be best done after jelqing? Your opinion and explanation would be greatly appreciated!
 
I'm not Mike, but I'd think jelqing prior to any pumping session would be the correct sequence...my logic is based on the fact that after you've pumped for 15-20 minutes, you're temporarily 'engorged' which can impede being able to take full advantage of the jelq

And it will work out any fluid retention using the jelq after the pump.

So just to get this straight DLD, you advise pump THEN jelq to get rid of fluid retention and move blood around? That seems to be what I've been reading...

I am reading a lot of people having success with a good rest period, so I will begin there. Ordered some cock rings, a silicon sleeve and a silicon sleeve with hanging attachement for an 8oz weight to wear under clothes to keep flacid extension. I have stopped wearing underwear under the business casual clothes and can definitely see and feel the difference in flacid hang. Lol so I added a round of stretching for 10 minutes in the middle of the day and plan to do so from here on out while at work. I simply close the office door and apply the heating pad for 10 minutes, then hit the bathroom stall for a routine :) I can feel it today for sure!

Yes sir :) DLD what routine would you recommend for bundles that will give the tunica a proper stretch and deformation before a workout? Do you suggest doing the entire [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] of manuals (30 seconds of all directions) bundled? Or is there something else?
 
Back at it after two days off. Feels great and almost missed while not doing the routine. 4 more days before my next day's off :) soon I add the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] into the routine and have my first months measurement coming up in a little over 2 weeks!

Whatever routine you use do Bundled Stretches before the routine. Five minutes will expand the Tunica to accept larger gains.
 
Caved today and masturbated for the first time in a few days. Got a killer manual stretch routine afterwards though! It's crazy how stronger my erections have gotten and how much harder ejaculation has been :)

A few days is a good start. I am up to 30 days. My erections are stronger than they ever have been and finally I have nocturnal and morning erections. Masturbation and adult entertainment just do not fit with me anymore.
 
I love it! Any chance I am stretching too much, or doing manuals wrong?? I have noticed this weird purplish/red dot or circle of dots around the very tip of my penis or the pee hole... I haven't really been doing anything the last couple days outside of typical manuals and jelqing. Maybe it has to do with my manuals grip?

That is normal and can be avoided by adjusting your grip. Try gripping a bit lower and see if this helps. If stretching becomes frustrating grab a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and it will change things big time!
 
Yea thanks DLD, the minor bruising/red marks went away yesterday actually. Currently liking this little routine I have going... wake up and do 10 minutes with a heating pad, then newbie stretch routine. Mid day I hit the heating wrap again and do another newbie manual stretch routine (takes about 10 minutes to work through routine). Finally at the end of the day there's another newbie stretch followed by jelqing and now incorporating other manual girth exercises. Trying to bring them on slowly but surely to prevent any injury and to get comfortable with them.

Now that is some good news! I am very happy that this routine is working out so well. I was worried about the bruising and I am happy to hear it has gone away.
 
Little more bruising with manuals, I am trying to find that grip that gives maximum pull and minimizes impact on the head. I've been doing a lot of reading on different threads and forums and really see this is about little longevity. Those who are consistent and adapt over time reach the end with large gains. I am also astounded by the lack of picture progress threads. For that reason DLD when I measure in a week and a half (about a month in) I am going to create another thread about picture progress. I am more and more determined to show people this is possible, and to prove my accomplishment. It motivates me even more. Stay tuned for that! In the meantime I was edging yesterday and definitely felt bigger lengthwise. I'm hopeful it's a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] of a small gain to kick off my PE career.

DLD what do you think would be the best way to go about converting this to a picture progress log? Should I just add onto this one, or make a whole new thread altogether? Would probably also want thread name changed if staying on this one.

Wake up, 10 minutes warmup with heat
5 mins bundle in shower
10 minutes to complete newbie stretching routine

Mid day:
10 minutes warmup with heat
10 minutes to complete newbie stretching routine

Late day:
10 minutes warmup with heat
5 minute bundles in shower
10 minutes to complete newbie stretching routine
20-30 minutes to do 250 jelqs and 10 minutes of ULIs and SSJs (100 jelqs, 5 min ULIs/SSJs two times ending with 50 jelqs)

Fantastic news today. Took out the ruler as it has been a month and a half. I measured wrong the first time, but was consistent at least with measurement style. Gained 1/8+" in BPEL and .2" in BPFSL. I will hopefully have pics tomorrow afternoon and a summary. Pretty pleased and looking forward to the future!
 
Update: Finally able to get my pictures. DLD how can I upload them? Did I do it correctly with the links embedded in the post? I know sometimes I see them actually showing the image on the screen without clicking the link... My new goal is to take pics every month or two depending. I was very surprised to see how hard it actually is to take photos and it took me a solid 15 minutes to get these! And my EQ was not the strongest here. I am taking measurements every month as I am treating this like a science experiment. I think it's a long enough time to see change, and I have a spreadsheet tracking everything.

As I mentioned before, I measured wrong to begin with. I measured along the side of the penis. I do not have these beginning shots. I have included the side measurements here for consistency and to show first 6 weeks progress. Before, I was measuring 6 7/8" along the side BPEL with a very hard kegel. The most recent pics shows a tad over 7" along the side and due to EQ and trying to get pictures, I would say there was at least a 1/8" growth from the first 6 weeks, probably close to .2". Girth was 4 7/8" before and I will never forget that as I was pulling the tape taught around my dick, and honestly expecting to see more. As you can see in these photos after the first 6 weeks, it has increased to 5" right on the dot with a taught tape so a nice 1/8" increase there.

BPSFL has increased from a wrong measurement along the side at the start of 7.2" to 7.5" along the side. Nice .3" increase there. Also, BPEL came in at 6 5/8" however I was hitting 6 3/4" with strong EQ and not taking pics.

All in all, this was a very productive first 6 weeks. I hope to do these summaries once a month. Going forward, all measurements will be done correctly with ruler along top. Measurements going forward as follows:
BPEL - 6 5/8" sometime dotting 6 3/4" with strong EQ (+1/8")
NBPEL - 6 1/4" pretty consistent when not messing with cam
BPSFL - 7" right on the nose (+.3")
MSEG - 5" right on (+1/8")

Current routine is 15 seconds all directions (as seen in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]) once upon waking, early morning, noonish, mid afternoon, then a 30 second routine with a 5 minute hold straight out in the evening before going into 100 jelqs then 5 minutes ULI/SSJ followed by 100 jelqs then 5 minutes ULI/SSJ then 50 jeqs to finish with a 3-5 minute warm down massage. Each 15 second routine takes about 6 minutes and the 30 second routine 10-12 minutes.

Current routine is 15 seconds all directions (as seen in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]) once upon waking, early morning, noonish, mid afternoon, then a 30 second routine with a 5 minute hold straight out in the evening before going into 100 jelqs then 5 minutes ULI/SSJ followed by 100 jelqs then 5 minutes ULI/SSJ then 50 jeqs to finish with a 3-5 minute warm down massage. Each 15 second routine takes about 6 minutes and the 30 second routine 10-12 minutes.

Fantastic news today. Took out the ruler as it has been a month and a half. I measured wrong the first time, but was consistent at least with measurement style. Gained 1/8+" in BPEL and .2" in BPFSL. Try spreading it out throughout the day. End the day with a nice long stretch/hang
 
Nice second day of my 2 day rest on my 5-2 schedule. My dick is itching to be worked tomorrow! I'm back at it and have developed a solid end of year goal. I am a big believer of goals, writing them down, then affirming them to create a habit!

I like and understand that concept of goals and writing them down for weight lifting. I suppose I should do the same for my PE. One your rest days do you wrap?
 
Your approach to this is remarkable man, your results speak for themselves. Working out like that throughout the day must keep you elongated throughout the day which is awesome.
