With the addition of recently using the wine vac during my sessions, I am now hitting the 6.5" mark on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. After doing 3 sessions of 5 minutes, my girth comes out to be 6 inches, and 5.25" in length. During the last 5 minute session is when I use the wine vac, and WOW does it have a completely different effect when using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. yea, id be careful. you wont hear alot of peopel talk about it but it lloks like you have darker cock skin like i do, under the circ. reason i say that is because i pumped it as hard as i possibly could, which migh thave been stupid. but.. i wanted to hit the end of that fucker and i did. so, using a wine vac will take it to even higher pressures than intended. jsut be careful.

I find you have to really pump the shit outta your cock to gain. I think the discoloration comes from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] pinching your base and cutting off circulation in the skin. That's why the discoloration is from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] mark and up, but not below, even though your extreme base is still in the pump.

Ya, DLD is right. I may knock manual stretching when I write about how everyone should hang, but I am currently doing manual stretches. Reason is my back is too sore to hang, I messed it up. And I did manual stretching for a year before I started hanging.

Hanging is like the next step from manual stretching. If time allows, you should be doing both, but stretching your penis takes hours a day and if you have an extra 20 min you'd be better off hanging a set than doing a manual stretch session.

That being said, if you haven't been doing manual stretching long, do it consistently, every day at least one session a day until you feel you have plateaued. Then it's time to move onto hanging. You could even do a couple sets of hanging each day and manual stretches. Let me know if you need advice.

Also, many claim that hanging builds base girth over time.

I think it's a good idea. Just keep in mind heavy girth work toughens the tunica and also could make attaching the hanger painful. The experts advise length before girth, for many reasons that you can find on my thread or by searching "hanging Penis Enlargement" on google.
