Long story short...started PE Nov 2015 with manual stretches for length and had awesome newbie gains...then slowed...bought lenghtmaster, male hanger, and LG hanger to start hanging Feb 2016.......limited gains after working up to 10-12lbs sets...for 1 1/2 hours in the day. Took a 3 week break....found [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]....and heading back to basics....just now started using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words].....boy, wtf was I thinking not using this before.....it is AWESOME

Current stats hover at: 7 inches NBPEL 6.5 MEG (always been girthy)

GOALS: 7.25 inches by years end NBPEL

Heating pad for 5 minutes
1 minute bundled stretch sets, rotating to left and right each set for a total of 6 minutes ...pulling straight out
BTC LEFT 1 minute
BTC right 1 minute
BTC 1 minute
SO 1 minute
SO left 1 minute
SO right 1 minute
SO center 1 minute
Up left 1 minute
Up right 1 minute
UP Center 1 minute
SO rotated down 1 minute
SO rotated up 1 minute

*repeat routine for 30 seconds

Place AUTOXLEEVE on as [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for 2 1/2 hours

Before work (7am)

I've done this for 3 straight days with good morning wood and high eq....and holy sh*t...the hang I have right now is amazing

We're seeing a wave of people coming back to do PE and its amazing, along with the newbies.
 
It is such a brotherhood (for the most part) without judgement which is so great! I'm coming up on a year in PE...,but still consider myself a novice. There are so many different ideas and theories that it is EASY to get side tracked.

The hanging was so much time with no results in 6 months of dedicated hanging..I am anxious to see if I have growth back on a stretching routine.

Using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] I can feel a good pull in my ligaments more so than with hanging....especially BTC to left and right.

So much info can be distracting but as long as you understand the fundamentals you can grow.

I've been worried about lack of night wood...so I stopped the bundled stretch...but kept everything else the same and it came back 48 hours later. Some reading led me to believe this is normal that is what u see a lot sometimes with that stretch. Is that correct? Should I just accept that lack of positive PI?

Never gauge anything in PE by nightly erections. As a matter of fact, in many cases this will not happen due to fatigue. In other cases, like myself, I rarely get morning or night erections. As you progress in your PE and nightly erections are what you are used to, eventually they will return when the penis becomes used to the PE you are doing.

Exactly. Sometimes night erections or even morning wood are just because you're preventing yourself from peeing. Kegels will help you all the way with your erection quality and frequency if you want to get that more often.

I always thought morning erections were a good thing.
I have them 4-6x/week
