Had an ok training session today. Pretty tired and had a rough day at work so my heart wasn't completely in it today, but being consistent and keep training, better days ahead.

Still at it here! Rough trying to do the training with a house full of people due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Still getting it done privately though. Definitely notice change in thickness, whether temporary or not, I feel and hang thicker throughout the day and can only hope for theses gains to become permanent. I'm still under a month with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] and getting used to it and will up the intensity slightly in a couple of weeks and have a more consistent routine. I've been using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] everyday but the stretches and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] have been inconsistent so I know for max gains I need to get a set manual routine. I like the sounds of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] but I just don't know that I can daily commit that much time as I have a fairly busy life and have to do my PE when I am alone. I've been thinking about a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words], but don't want to over do this so I'm kind of on the fence about getting one. thanks again for all the support guys!
 
My 1st 20 months or so of PE, I relied almost 100% on my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and did see significant gains but plateaued about 4-5 months ago. I just started using my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and can see what all the rage is about...after only a week or two of moderately consistent use, I can see/feel the difference in hang and length, (I'll be doing an official measurement in a week for Rocky's competition so I'll know for certain at that point). I also have been wearing a post-workout CR, actually just a 'hair-tie' I found in one of the vanity drawers but it fit perfectly, and that's preventing any 'turtling'...highly recommend!

It's hard to stay consistent yes but why do you plan on buying a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] when you're having trouble staying consistent. It's better to master your basic routine right now with discipline and then later invest in a device like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words].
 
Sorry Kyomoto, I didn't mean I've had a problem being consistent, I meant finding a routine I can be consistent with in a timeframe. Just trying to figure out the best rutine for myself that I can do everyday and make progress. I have been training everyday and haven't missed a session. My Bathamte and I are best friends!

Lay out your exact routine first of all. Explain your goals as well. I need to know every specific routine or exercise you go through and see what you modified with it. Do you also warm up and down? Answering this will help me get a better understanding of you progressing and to help you make gains consistently.

I usually sit in the hot water for 5 minutes or so and then so some stretching behind my cheeks to the left, center and right and do usually 2 sets at 30 sec a piece and the do 5 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] followed by 3-5 minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] for 3 sets and then put on a cock ring for an hour or two. My goals are most definitely girth, which is where i lac the most but have made some nice temporary gains that I'm trying to keep, I am also looking for some length and have ordered the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] 2 days ago through PayPal on this site but haven't yet received an e-mail as to when it will be shipped which I'm assuming is due to all the holiday shopping.

I love this site and all the support along with the helpful information, i too was skeptical about PE but in the few short weeks I've been using some of the techniques I definitely can see and feel changes. I'm definitely hanging longer and much thicker and this is lasting all day with only some loss of length and thickness throughout the day, so it's definitely working. I just know that shortly I will have to come up with a permanent routine to gauge progress. I suggest you make a loose routine and we can advise on honing it too be just right.

Depends what you prefer. You can do 1 day girth twice a day or length twice a day. OR you can do girth and length 1 day and do that all your days you work out. I personally recommend doing both length and girth in 1 day.

Another way you can set up is:
Monday- Girth Girth
Tuesday- Girth Length
Wed- Girth Girth
Thurs- Girth Length
Fri- Girth Girth
Sat- Girth Length
Sun- Girth Girth

this way you can do mainly girth work for a week. Also once you get used to doing 5 minutes [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and 3-5 minutes [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], bump up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] to 7 minutes or a bit more if you want
 
Should I do length before girth in the same workout or should I separate the two workouts? i get the impression that I'm supposed to concentrate on one or the other within a certain workout. I'l like to do it all in one session if possible but I also want to make the best gains possible. I'll be workout on a workout template to see what you think and if any tweaks are needed.
 
I do length and stretching w/my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] for 20-30 minutes and then jump-into my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] for another 30 minutes or so for girth and expressive stretches. Seems to be working well as long as I maintain and incrementally increase the intensity

It is different for everyone. I started by doing both in one session and I would do that session 2-3 times daily. Eventually I went with a length AM and girth PM routine, which I found best for me. I would try a few different ideas to see what you like best.
 
So it's been a rough day sort of, as I said earlier my testosterone level was low when I had it checked in August so I went to a Men's hormone therapy clinic and they started me on testosterone. At that time they ran a PSA test on me and it came back at 4.8 which was a little high and 5 weeks later it was 4.3 so it went down but I decided to go to my own Dr. and he tested me and it was 3.6 at the end of September and he did an exam and said my prostate felt normal but was enlarged, expected for a 53 year old man so he didn't do anything else. 5 weeks ago it was back up to 4.8 at the clinic and today it's 6.6 so they want me to see a specialist which I had already made an appointment with for Friday Dec. 9th, to say I'm dejected is an understatement. My PSA is all over the place and from what I read, I know don't believe everything you read on the internet, but it's very unusual for the PSA to jump 2 points in 8 weeks, so I'm hoping it's due to the enlargement and all the activity my prostate has been doing.
I know you all aren't doctors, but as men you all seem to be pretty supportive and this is something many of us face as we get older, I'm frustrated by the fact that as we men get older we seem to be expected to just shrivel up, get flabby, sit on our asses and definitely retire our dicks. At 53 I'm just not ready to pack it in yet, I guess I'll just have to wait and see what this Dr. says next Friday.
