I was reading in Aaron Kemmer's book the section on 'Plateaus and breaks' a story about a guy who had worked up to hanging several hours per week and making no gains.
"After nearly a year of ample work and no growth, Chris realized, "If I haven't gained yet, something must be wrong." Still committed to reaching his goal. Chris did some research. He heard that taking an extended break will possibly restart his growth, so he took three months of from penile exercising. When Chris came back, he was surprised to find that his goals rolled in rapidly.." ('Exercising the penis, Aaron Kemmer')
Apparently a deconditioning break may be a good way for me to make some gains.
A lot of best gains occur at the start of exercising, or when they find a routine of optimum intensity without overtraining.
Has anyone tried to break a plateu by deconditioning their penis (making it feel like it's starting from fresh again) and then made good progress using an interval training schedule?
