yeah i have watched a few dozen videos of various techniques. nothing is really working for me that's not super painful.

I have been stalled at 7.5 for almost a week now and just today started behind the cheeks rep after every normal rep (i.e. out straight for 30 seconds, behind the cheeks 30 seconds, to the right 30 seconds, behind the cheeks 30 seconds) and feel like it's going to be sore tomorrow. Today's wrap was good enough to do an 11pound bundled hang for 3 minutes.
I have to remind myself it's a marathon, that i wont be 10 nbpel overnight.
I am looking forward to my DMSO/Vitamin E concoction starting in the following days, hoping to see how that can help break the plateau
