I think after the next few days i willstart upping my weights I have re done my routine, is as follows

AM - Manual stretches then straight into hanging 30mins (with weight increasing)

PM 1 - Jelqing 30mins

PM 2 - Manual stretches then straight into hanging 30mins

Above on PM1 - Is Jelqing needed or should i have another hanging set? What would be best? what you think? I think this will get my more fatigued!

hey bulc9 ive recently rediscovered the wonders of jelqing. ive just had a blister and as a result switched to just jelq routine, tell you something - im much longer after a jelq session than i am after hanging all day! so what does that tell you? when i recover im going to do:-
am- 1 hour hang so
pm - 1 hour so
straight after (1/2 - 1 hour jelqing)
think the jelqs really do help length. p.s when i do them i dont focus on expansion but instead focus on the stretch, maybe this rhytHydromaxical action is far greater than a steady pull...
 
Yeah i see what u mean i have had similar exerpience as well.After it does seem longer and bigger. Its just that i have not seen any full gains on a rest day!

After 2 days of this rouine

AM - manual stretches 30min hang 30min
PM1 - Jelq 30min
PM2 - manual stretches 30min hang 30min

im really noticing the difference so gonna stik with it for a month see ow it goes!!
