Thanks, but I have been using the vacextender 4 and hanging 8 lbs made it break, so I don't trust the lg hanger which looks to be similar

1) the inside circumference of the largest size bell is about 4.75 inches. If you are concerned about head size I recently saw the LG Hanger has basically the same setup as the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] (as far as the vacuum and such) and maybe if you get the glands protector you can make it work if your size is too big for the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words]). My flaccid head girth at the widest part is roughly 5.5 inches. It doesn't break easily. The condom sleeve will rip if you are not sure what you are doing but if you use the correct method then the condom sleeve will not rip easily.
