Hi guys, my journey with pe hasn't been the most committed or consistent.

I'm currently 6x5 and I'd like to try 7x6 possibly 8x7.


I started out 17years ago staying at my Mums and jelqing with hand compressions. I noticed a change but struggled to get privacy so gave up after a month.

Fast forward a few years

I try an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] thinking I'd hit the holy grail - the inconvenience of the thing taking it off every 20mins before my dick fell off made it a nightmare practically speaking for work etc. do I gave up.

Fast forward another few years

I then try a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and enjoy the pump it leaves me with it but don't really notice a change wearing it for 10mins straight while showering.

It takes me a couple of years to ask DLD how to use it and he suggests 5min supersets.

So I now extend my shower time and do 3x5min supersets.

I then wear a cock ring for 45-60mins

Then I go into 2hr sets with my penismaster for 4sets - so that's a daily time of 8hrs. I stretch only left and right a day about.

I do this routine a minimum of 5days a week.


I read I should expect 1" in 6months with my penismaster.

I don't want to measure myself though until I'm at least 12wks in as i fear the result may throw my off track.

I work in a gym so I need tonne able to wear something that's comfortable and movable. I have no regrets about my penis master, I sometimes feel like I could wear it longer than 2hrs but I don't.


I'm at week 6 of 24. Ultimately I've not idea if Ill grow an inch or not by wk 24 but I'm committted this time to seeing it through!

Thank for your post. I did 2" in the same time so 1" is very doable. Your routine looks good. I suggest a couple things that will help you grow even faster. I would include these 3 exercises.

1. Expressive Stretching (5 minutes per session)
2. Erect Stretching (3x a week for 120 minutes)
3. Bundled Stretching (5 minutes before every workout)

these will greatly accelerate you gains. It is a small amount of work to add but it will have a big impact.

Thanks BSA, I was doing some of those last night and did not know that it fell into that category. The straight out, up and to the sides was ok but that down is a bitch when you go in erect, talk about feeling the burn

I've swapped my third super set in the shower for a 5min expressive, 30secs on/30secs off. I'm getting a lot more fluid under the skin by the end of the session than before so must be doing something.

I'm under a fair bit of stress with my work so maintaining a 2hr erection for the erect stretching is near impossible. I've actually noticed that while doing pe I don't get full blown erections unless I've rested 3days plus.

Ok so I've just measured.

At 7weeks in I'm still 6" x 5.5"

Don't want to look too much into this without some DLD input, lol but is it normal to have no results at week 7? I've read a couple guys adding an inch in a month but not sure what's common.

Did you measure flaccid stretches, bone pressed? This will show you length gains that are coming that have not been cemented yet. Take that measurement and see if there is an increase. If there is no increase it is time to make some changes to the routine. Let me know the results and we can take it from there.

What does this mean?

This means you have made a 2" gains that has not been converted to erect length yet. Keep up the good work and this will become erect length. Length gains always start with FSBP and eventually convert to BPEL.

Yeah lol, I'm just starting week 10.

No visual change but on week 7 I was penetrating my fwb a smidgen deeper, clearly pushing on her cervix more which was encouraging!

I just can't wait for the point where I'm holding an arcing lazy semi man canon, lol!
