I read Steve's thread, but it decided to start one anyways. :/

One Month has passed. I've lost erect length AND girth but I have gained in other areas as 7inchSteve has.

1) The veins are more prominent.
2) Harder/Longer lasting erections.
3) Increased flaccid length.

My question is: Is this 'normal' or an 'okay' sign at all?

My routine is:

Day 1:
20-25min 'average to above avg intensity' manual stretching
200-300 standard jelqs
10-15min 1-3 second reverse OK jelqs

Day 2:
200-300 standard jelqs
20-25min 1-3 second jelqs
10-15min head expansions

Day 3:
20-25min 'average to above avg intensity' manual stretching
10min BTC stretching

Day 4:
300 standard jelqs
15min ULI's
3x10min clamped bends

Day 5:
Off

Day 6:
Repeat Day 1-4

I don't completely stick to the 'girth' exercsies, sometimes I swap compression squeezes in.

I am leaning with my routine is hindering my gains, however isn't 'some' type of Penis Enlargement better than none? Is that completely false?

My unit feels completely fine and healthy. No pain, discomfort, etc. I however, am a little concerned as to what I might be doing wrong.

Any advice is greatly apperciated.

you should add a kegel routine in and do that everyday as well as Pe every day. the way i see it, it looks like you are making enough time for Pe in your life, maybe you just need to modify your routine a little? are you shootin for length only or girth only or both? if its just one just focus om that for your whole allotted Pe time. best of luck

I completely forgot to mention my kegaling(sp?). I do around 100-150 kegels a day. Not 'at one time' though, maybe 25-30 kegels per 'set'. Some days I might do 200, all depends. I mainly do quick kegels but I normally throw in atleast 20 2-3 second kegels.

I am aiming for length/girth. However, I could stop length and focus soley on girth? Do you really believe that would benefit?
 
i know you would see gains in that area more quickly if you focused solely on one thing. i think the quick kegels are good as a sort of squeezes warm up but the 5-sec squeezes really strengthen the pc muscle.(bc)
 
Somethings mend themselves when damaged and get smaller in the process.. Guess it's the same with a penis?

You say one month has passed. Is this your first month of pe? If it is, I think you are doing way too much too early. If you don't have much experience you should just be stretching and jelqing. Sounds like you are over fatiguing the penis to me. Try to decrease the volume a little and see what happens. Good luck.
 
This is nothing to worry about, it is called "retraction". What happens is when you do Penis Enlargement you actually cause soft tissue inflamation and this leads to water retention ( edema ).

At first, you penile tissue is NOT used to this kind of...well...errr abuse !!! After a while though, it will get used to it and offer MORE resistance to stretching and the body just reacts to this so called attack by retracting.

When you stop, even if for just a few days, you immediatelly start loosing the water retention, i.e., you loose girth that was not cemented or even real. It only becomes real if it is continued apon by exercising as usual.

Too much force on either jelqs or stretches and you face retraction ( penis tries to "hide" inside the body and becomes more dense and less pliable, less elastic ).

The trauma induced by these Penis Enlargement exercises may, in some cases, lead to the forming of scar tissue and when that happens...you loose lenght.

Point being, more is not more, in fact, more is often less.

If an injured penis heals while retracted it will loose lenght, i suggest you get yourself a static [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], learn the wraps, use it after lenght session. You will let it heal while extended and will avoid retraction.

Also, don't use compression dude, i never have and gained VERY well in girth.

I never did any more than the standard [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], never hung weights, never used a device in fact and gained well in all departments.

Warm up, use the rice sock heated in a microwave oven until it is warm enough but bearable, don't get burned. Keep it warm while exercising, it will promote blood flow, oxygen and nutrients necessary for healing.

Compression in my book is a dangerous afair, it may bring girth faster, but not always better, it does cause a huge amount of edema and swealing, which then subsides and leaves you thinking...WHERE THE HELL IS MY HARD EARNED SIZE???

I'm going to take a week off and then build me up another routine based around the newbie routines.
 
You havent lost anything buddy, its the shock to your system that has caused the penis to want to hide now from the attack on it. Its turtled up into its shell, so this part I agree with Mike on however no one has commented on the fact you have been doing a high workload and it is a high worload from 25 mins of intense stretches with all them jelqs on a 4 on 1 off basis which is 6 days P/W.

Now let me get this straight as it seems to piss some more experienced folk off. My way of training is different than most i.e. shorter, intense, infrequent but with progression and my gains speak volumes and I started with a normal cock size, not huge like some already did!

My last gains from 8-8.3 inches in 8 weeks were done in just 19 workouts which came to approx 2 1/2 P/W! I'm also an advanced Penis Enlargement'er but granted I had come off a long rest period.

I think of myself as the Arthur Jones or Mike Mentzer of Penis Enlargement and proud of it but its not the onlyway to gain. Guys have gained on 7 days on with no rest and good luck to them for the future but my view will always remain that the methods I advise about are better than the ones currently used by many such as 5 days on 2 days off for example.

You should have had more rest days and split that routine up more so it was less work done in the amount of time but more intense. Check out my routines in the newbie section, members already seeing gains and pe doesnt need to take over your life either.

My advice to you is this; take a solid 2 weeks off from all Penis Enlargement from today and do lots of reading on here about different methods and routines, than in 2 weeks comeback. Look into threads by the member Girth_Hammer because he brings up many very key issues with this stuff such as rest & intensity.

It would not shock me at all if you noticed some gains after those 2 weeks rest. Your dick is in a turtle state now because it needs REST mate, its like when guys hit the gym and exercise so much they lose the ability to get a pump to the muscle which is a sign of overtraining.

I hope all goes well and you comeback with a new approach, its your choice and dont let me 'brainwash' you, but help guide you to more logical ways of training.
